We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations into the countryside possible. 15 min drive to Leipziger Zentrum (car).

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Cozy retreat in the noble Markkleeberg Leipzig

Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

Comfortable detached architectural house in Leipzig for up to 5 people. The city center can be reached in 30 minutes, the A9 motorway exit Leipzig-West is 15 minutes away. Many shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a large garden with 2 terraces and is located directly on the Elster-Saale Canal. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Private access to the canal with a small jetty is available. Garden sauna and kayak/SuP are available upon request.

Can be used for business and private purposes! The property is located on the historic Eilenburg Castle Hill and has historic sights outside, as well as a large lawn to relax on. In Eilenburg there is an animal park near the city center, as well as a swimming lake with a water ski facility. Our cozy apartment, which was completed in 2025, can accommodate up to 6 people on 90 square meters. There are 3 bedrooms, a light-flooded living room where you can relax & a fully equipped kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A highlight is the large balcony.
