This beautiful old building apartment in Bad-Cannstatt is a perfect base for many great experiences in and around Stuttgart. Wilhelma, Rosensteinpark and Neckar are right outside the door. From the Rosensteinbrücke U-Bahn [subway] stop, you are in the city center in 8 minutes. Bad-Cannstatt train station for S-Bahn trains and regional express trains is about a 10-minute walk away. For a bit of nature, Lake Max Eyth can be reached in 10 minutes. There is one double bed and one sofa bed for one extra person.

2 rooms, bathroom. Our vacation apartment is located in the Stuttgart district "Bad Cannstatt", in a quiet residential area. Our vacation apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2020 and 2023! The residential building from 1936 was completely renovated between 2014 and 2018. The vacation apartment is located on the garden floor, with access to the garden terrace and its own entrance. A covered outdoor seating area and large garden with terrace invites you to relaxed, enjoyable times.

Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! :-) Sie liegt im Stuttgarter Osten unweit des Cannstatter Wasens, des Daimler Museums sowie der Porsche Arena. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

The Wasen site (folk festival) and the city center can be easily reached by train and taxi in less than 20 minutes. Daniela is a very kind woman. When I arrived at her home she gave me a pretzel and some apple cake. The apartment is close to public transit and grocery stores as well. Very clean and easy to check in and out of.

You should definitely use it! The stadium is close, the central station is close, and there is a grocery store nearby, so it's great! The host was also very kind and thoughtful, so I had a very comfortable stay!

Philipp met us at the Airbnb and walked us through how everything worked, gave local recommendations and was an incredible host. The location is right next to a train stop which makes getting around quite easy but also offers underground parking for free if you’re driving your own vehicle. Philipp was fantastic and I’d recommend him 100 times.
