Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

Endlich Ruhe gives peace! It is a lovely large house, with a fine, enclosed garden. The house is on a cul-de-sac, behind the garden runs a stream. You can BBQ or read in the hammock. The children can play in the garden. The house borders the Sölktaler Naturpark, and is 15 km from the 4-Berge Skischaukel. The house is modernly furnished, with an eye for Austrian details. For winter sports enthusiasts, there is a heated ski room. You are most welcome!

Feel like Empress Sissi and her Franzl in the middle of the impressive landscape of Bad Aussee. Back then, the emperor and empress arrived by carriage to escape the urban heat and enjoy the wonderful summer resort in the Salzkammergut. We have designed and furnished our Sissi's paradise with a lot of love for detail. Partly original old furniture as well as the modern touch are important to us. For an imperial welcome, say "Welcome" out loud!

The Neupersteg is located in the center of beautiful Bad Aussee. Directly on the Grundlseertraun, we have our beautiful apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower & bath) and a large living room with kitchen, dining table, couch (also to pull out for another 2 guests) and plenty of space. Everything is available and thus enables the perfect basis for a beautiful, relaxing and cozy break. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Quaint hut on the edge of the forest - pure relaxation

Romantic little hut right on the edge of the forest with in-house sheep. PURE Austrian feeling! Come with a whole group or as a couple and enjoy the silence. We intentionally do without Wi-Fi TV and the like. At the large gravel parking lot in front of the cabin, you can make a campfire and grill with our tripod with grill grate. Then fall asleep to the soothing sound of the stream.
