Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl in the Salzkammergut region. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Dieses 500 jahre alte Haus im historischen Zentrum von Hallstatt wurde mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert, hier ist die Geschichte Hallstatts überall spürbar. Der Hallstättersee ist nur 30m entfernt und von den Räumlichkeiten und vom Garten hat man einen wunderbaren Seeblick. Auf der Terrasse kann man bei Kaffee die Morgensonne genießen. Das Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, eine Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer, ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und WC und ein extra WC. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet.

Gammeringalm Hunting Lodge

The cabin is located at 1,200 meters altitude on an idyllic alpine pasture. In summer, it can be reached by car via a slightly steeper, coarsely graveled forest road. Those who have an SUV have an advantage. In winter, it is located directly on the ski slope. Directly from the cabin you can start extended ski tours and snowshoe hikes. We transport the luggage with the Polaris on arrival and departure. The cabin is very rustic, cozy and equipped with many loving details.

Immerse yourself in nature, recharge your batteries and enjoy peace and quiet. Your apartment is accessible via an external staircase and is in a quiet location, without hustle and bustle and noise. Starting point for many hiking trails and excursion destinations, right on the way to Lugauer. There is enough space for your children to play, pet and watch animals. Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!

You will stay with us on the second floor of our house. You have the same entrance as us, but each apartment then has a lockable apartment door. The apartment (103 m²) is fully furnished and has a beautiful covered balcony. In the apartment, there are 2 bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, living room, bathroom and toilet. There are also 2 to 3 parking spaces right next to the house.
