Due to its location, the apartment is only accessible via STAIRS, and is therefore not suitable for a wheelchair! It is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed. NOT SUITED for CHILDREN!

The apartment with private entrance is located directly on Lake Mondsee with picturesque views of the Schafberg. In the immediate vicinity (about 200 to 300 m) separated only by the waterfront road, there are two public swimming facilities that can be reached on foot or by bike. The public beach Loibichl is about 3 km away and the center of Mondsee is 8 km away. The festival city of Salzburg can be reached in 30 minutes by car. Mountains and surroundings invite hiking and biking.

The exhibition center and the Salzburg Arena are only 1 km from the apartment.

You can also borrow two bicycles for free to actively explore the surrounding area.

Directly on the Grundlseertraun, we have our beautiful apartment, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (shower & bath) and a large living room with kitchen, dining table, couch (also to pull out for another 2 guests) and plenty of space.
