Your accommodation is separate from the main house and was part of a Victorian School built in the 1800's .It is self contained . It is situated in the heart of North Norfolk being only 20 minutes from the sea . Norfolk is mainly an agricultural county with many farms and quaint villages and amazing coastline . From here you are also only 25-30 minutes from Norwich the Main City which is of great historic interest with a castle & two cathedrals , it also has a great market and great shopping .

The Bothy - spacious dog friendly barn

A light spacious barn conversion set in open countryside, 15 mins drive from the Georgian market town of Holt and the beach at Sheringham. Some noise may be heard within bedroom as bedroom from adjoining cottage is directly above. Set back from a small, quiet country lane in an area renowned for birdwatching, walking and cycling. Close to National Trust estates of Felbrigg and Blickling and country pubs at Wolterton (2.4 miles) and Itteringham, which also has a very good village shop/cafe.

Secret Big Cabin, Landscaped Grounds, 5 miles sea

We have one secluded, hideaway log cabin with large landscaped grounds and private parking. We are just 4 and a half miles from the beach at Sheringham and seven from Cromer. The cabin is at the end of our land therefore we are on hand to help but you will feel in the middle of nowhere. This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

It is newly, and sympathetically, renovated to an extremely high standard. Several original features, like pine latched doors and fireplaces, have been retained. When you walk in you cannot fail to be impressed by the beautiful interior. An ideal location for exploring the North Norfolk coast.

Showman's Wagon in Cottage Garden

Romantic 'gypsy' style showman's wagon (c. 1920) in idyllic cottage garden with wonderful birdsong and views of a medieval church. It was recently renovated with electricity, basic kitchen and has use of a private bathroom attached to the cottage as well as a piece of garden with outside seating and fire bowl. The Wagon is available in the summer months only - from Easter to mid September.
