Just 5 blocks from the lagoon, 100 m. bus terminal and very close to necessary services such as fruit shop, pharmacy, grocery stores, variety of restaurants, ATM and gas station. It has 2 beds, chair to rest on the outside, as well as a table with chairs. It has a kitchen equipped with stove and utensils such as pan, coffee maker, coffee, sugar, cream, cups, glasses, plates and silverware.

You can breathe peace, wake up with the sounds of nature, listen to the birds singing, and if you're lucky, even monkeys that live nearby will visit you. Bacalar and Chetumal are 12 minutes away. The co-host is a taxi driver from Xul-Ha and a neighbor in case the service is required.
