It has a rustic open floor plan with a large kitchen and dining area with ample space for a family gathering. There are two bedrooms with king beds and a 3rd room with 2 additional matrimonial beds. There's a lakeside terrace with spectacular views of the Cenote Negro, plenty of seating for outdoor meals & hammocks. The lakeside dock is shared with guests in the other dwellings on the property.

Beautiful comfortable room with all the amenities needed for a warm stay. It has a king size bed, 1 single bed, A/C, ceiling fans, smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, minibar, coffee maker with coffee beans, WIFI, and its own bathroom. Laguna is just 3 blocks away, the market is 1 block away, and downtown is 3 blocks away. We have 3 bicycles included in the room rate and a full shared kitchen.

The access and space in the lagoon is peaceful and private for our property. There are two other rental units on the property, with whom access to the lagoon is shared.
