great place, 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. very friendly and responsive. we regret not staying here longer

Our time in this historic and beautiful apartment was very comfortable and authentic! We were delighted to have the chance to meet Ngoc's family and friends. She herself is so warm and friendly. She brought us a basket of beautiful oranges that were much appreciated.

The hosts were brilliant at communicating and offered plenty of great recommendations of local food places. We had a bit of an issue and Vu and Dan responded straightaway by and sorted it out very quickly. This is a town house, the lay out is lounge/kitchen downstairs. One bedroom on the first floor. The second bedroom is on second floor and third on third. The third bedroom is only accessible via the second bedroom, you have to walk through the second bedroom to reach it. It was fine for us but maybe not for everyone, i.e if you go to bed at different times. Also not so good if you have mobility issues. Thank you Dan and Vu for your hospitality.

The hosts were very communicative, really friendly and greatly helpful. The place is big and spacious. Bed is very comfortable and bathroom is clean and functions well. The location is a little noisy at night but that’s due to the area. I felt safe at all times. This location is really in the centre of everything. The top largest bedroom has a very very steep and narrow staircase. But the middle floor is easy to access with stairs.

We had a great stay here! It looks like the pictures and the response was instant! Just for people to be aware of the rooms are on different floors if you need better accessibility for your stay.

We had best experience while stay in Anna's house. The house exactly looks like in the photo. So comfortable with tropical vibes of the balcony. Super complete aminities and utilities. Anna was so kind, she let us to store out luggages while we already checkout and waiting for the bus to Sapa in the night and it's for FREE! She's also give us 30 minutes additional times for take a shower and changing clothes even already 9.00pm. I highly recommended this house to stay while in Hanoi!

The place was spotless and well-maintained, perfect for our family's needs. We all had a great night's sleep thanks to the quiet surroundings and comfortable beds. The host also provided all the basic personal hygiene essentials, which was a thoughtful touch. The kitchen and dining area were clean, well-equipped, and spacious, making mealtime a breeze. We were also grateful for the host's flexibility when we needed to stay an extra hour without any extra charge. Overall, our stay was perfect, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back someday. This is a stylish living space with a great view. The host is friendly and responsive. The Dong Da lakeside location is central and convenient. I always return here.

A lovely apartment near Dai con, gorgeous views from the balcony, nice spacious room with a clean bathroom and a kitchen. Ngo was also very sweet and helpful when checking in and out. Will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place itself was clean, modern, and beautifully designed — definitely a step above many other places I’ve seen in Hanoi, especially for the price. It’s a fantastic value for money! What really made the experience special were the hosts. Jun, the co-host, was incredibly helpful, respectful, and always quick to respond whenever I had a question. She made sure everything went smoothly and was a true professional, yet so friendly and approachable at the same time. Thao, the other co-host, felt like family from the moment we met. She was so warm and welcoming, making me feel truly at home. It’s rare to find hosts who care this much about their guests’ comfort. Even her mother-in-law gave her adaptor for us to use. Overall, I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hanoi. Great location, excellent value, and two of the kindest, most genuine hosts you could ask for. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay amidst the hustle and bustle of the old quarter of Hanoi. We did hear a bit of construction sound during the day time while in the suite but the evenings were pretty quiet despite the busy area. Comfortable bed. Responsive host. Easy stay all around!

The place was great, and the attention to cleanliness really stood out. The kitchen had the basic tools with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk to cafes and restaurants. Thank you Bien for a wonderful stay! We arrived to hanoi very late at night (midnight) after a 14 hour flight, and Bien was really helpful and met us in the street at 00:30am to take us to the apartment! Bien was very helpful with food/restaurant suggestions & had maps printed out to help us find our way to all the big tourist attractions. He also helped us with organising our onwards travel to Ninh Binh! The apartment itself was amazing, better than the photos! 2 separate bedrooms with king sized beds, and 2 separate bathrooms. The balcony and air con were an added bonus too. The apartment was so close to many shops and resturants, so it was easy to get around everywhere! Thank you Bien for hosting us, it was an amazing stay and we're sad to leave.

Nice design and decoration. Very comfortable king bed. Very easy self check-in and check-out. Laundry is provided inside the apartment with clothes hang-drying which is a big plus and very convenient. Thanks for hosting!

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful.
