We had a wonderful stay! The rooms were spacious, well-lit, and each had its own private bathroom – a huge plus. The place was impeccably clean and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and readily assisted us with an emergency weather situation. It was raining a lot while we were checking in and needed to carry big luggage through the stairs on second floor. Wasn’t a good start. But the room is so clean cozy and beautiful! out of our expectations, I’d say nicer than photos haha:) it’s at the corner sometime you would hear the sound from ambulances not sure if there’s hospitals nearby. But overall I recommend this nice place. Walkable to everywhere and enjoy much local food around

Le logement est dans un quartier un peu chic et plus authentique que le « old quartier », proche pour autant , où logent la grande majorité des touristes. Plus calme aussi. La décoration est vraiment élaborée, pensée avec goût, sans doute au reflet de la propriétaire. Les draps et les serviettes sont de qualité, tout est très propre, et on ne manque de rien… Finalement, la musique du bar qui est proche ne nous a jamais dérangée. Certes, il faut sortir de la chambre et traverser le couloir pour aller dans la salle de bain, mais ce n’est pas vraiment gênant. Il n’y a pas de fenêtre, mais c’est fréquent à Hanoi

We spent 5 days with our two daughters in Minh’s flat and really enjoyed it. The place is small but very charming and comfortable. The location is ideal: walkable from the touristy areas it is also remote from it, in a quiet and more local street. And to top it up Minh was very easy to communicate with and eager to help in any way she could. We would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Hanoi.

This place is located directly in the middle of the Old Quarters, and where most travelers stay at the hostels or small hotels, this home is definitely the right choice. The photos accurately represent how it looks like but it felt a lot more homely when staying there. Everything is clean and you won’t have any trouble with any amenities here. Early in the morning we could walk right out into the stores that were opening for the day and go out for a day of activities then come back at night. At night everything is bustling and you will find a lot of things to do, more so than you have time for. We only wish we had stayed longer. Quynh is very responsive and friendly. You won’t find any trouble asking questions or getting recommendations. I highly recommend staying here compared to any other place.

We loved Trung's place so much that we decided to stay twice! We went on a cruise on Halong Bay and then came back to Trung's...it felt like coming home!!! Also note, there is a lovely little breakfast provided in the morning. I can't say enough nice things. Don't hesitate to book this Airbnb...you will be happy you did!

房间干净整洁，落地窗光线很棒，拉开窗帘就能看到楼下的火车 空间不大，但是一应俱全，床也很舒服 卫生间跟洗漱台是干湿分离的，而且很干净，没有异味 还有简易厨房，微波炉、小冰箱、电磁炉、厨具都有 房东和儿子都超热情的，入住和退房都会来热情地接待我们，每天还会给我们准备新的瓶装水和干净的浴巾 建议：衣架只有四五个，不太够，还希望能准备几个可以夹裤子的衣架，裤子没地方挂；浴室跟马桶只有半扇门，洗澡的时候会打湿马桶前的地板，会有些滑

We had a really wonderful stay. The location was very convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy our trip. The place itself was clean, comfortable, cozy and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out to us was the hospitality of the hosts- Ryan, Trung and Tea. They were incredibly friendly and approachable, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. All throughout our trip, they were available to assist us with anything we needed. from answering our questions, giving recommendations and even assisted us with our tour and service back to the airport. Their support truly made a difference in our experience, and we’re so grateful for their kindness and attentiveness. We would definitely stay here again. 这次来越南选择了Airbnb 来解决住宿，感觉选择非常明智！ 入住便捷：Nhat会给出非常清晰的住宿指南，入住没有任何问题，从机场坐Grab过来也没有任何的问题。 整洁度：与照片相比差不多，空间足够大，也很干净，还贴心的帮忙准备了耳塞，我睡觉比较轻，但是有耳塞，基本每天都是100分的睡眠。 沟通：我们基本都用Airbnb来沟通，Nhat和Cynthia回复超级及时，没有任何延时帮我们解决问题。 地段：这个位置绝对是河内美食发现之旅最佳选择，基本都是步行可达各种米其林推荐餐厅，离还剑湖也不到1公里。还有！楼下就是一家Spa馆！第二天我们就安排了spa!!也是意外的收获！推荐！

Nhung was an excellent host, incredibly welcoming, attentive, professional and always ready to help. She speaks very good English, which made communication very easy. The room was well equipped with everything needed. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and despite being close to a busy road, the room remained quiet and peaceful. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here!

It felt just like home:comfortable, clean, and truly wonderful. Hong was always proactive and communicated with kindness, going out of their way to accommodate us. The neighborhood was incredibly safe, and with a lake right in front of the property, evening strolls were delightful. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again! Lily’s apt is my preferred place to stay when I’m in Hanoi. The luxury apt has all the amenities of living at home. The apt is comfortable & the host we very helpful.

This is our second time in this place within 3 months. The place is very well furnished, clean, kitchen has all the utensils and spices that needed for someone who likes cooking. Many house plants and good view. Located on 7th floor, great wifi, AC unit in each room. Washer and dryer, drinking water are the pluses. The location is very ideal, quiet neighborhood, very safe with security 24/7. Plenty of indoor parking spaces for motorbikes and cars. Many good local restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes walked to Hoàn Kiếm lake and phố cổ (old town). Owner is very responsive, great communication in English. She thinks through of everything to make your stay comfortable including a small detail like a scale for you to weigh your luggage. Definitely we will stay here again in our each trip to Hanoi. Highly recommended for couple or family of 4. Thanks again for letting us stood at your place and made our trip more enjoyable.

The place had everything I needed and is close to delicious restaurants and important landmarks. Host is super responsive and even had a scale for me to weigh my luggage. I was able to do laundry after a few weeks of travel. There is a friendly security person guarding the building at all times. I had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back!

Thuy and Phuong were very helpful and responsive prior to and throughout or stay. We had no issues getting into the apartment (the electronic lock is very useful). The location is ideal as it's quieter than the Old Quarter but only a five minute walk away from it. There are lovely restaurants and cafes in the area and it's not difficult to find public transport nearby. The apartment is just like how it looks in the pictures with all amenities provided. The hosts left us two large bottles of water which was much appreciated. The only downside was the shower, which only stayed warm for about 3-4 minutes, even after leaving the immersion on for longer than recommended. Overall, I would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you are visiting Hanoi. Thanks again to Thuy and Phuong!
