This is the first time with my family that we ask for an Airbnb, I am delighted that we found Rossy's place, it is super comfortable, quiet and very pretty. Overall, Rossy was a great ✨ super friendly, responsible and respectful host, she was always attentive to me and my family, even as it was our first time in the basin, I recommend restaurants and places to visit. I greet us very kindly and with chocolates, really highly recommended, if in the future I have the opportunity to return to basin, I would definitely choose Rossy's place again. ♥️

Staying at this house was a wonderful experience. Very cozy, beautiful and tastefully decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and well cared for. It has all kinds of amenities, such as an equipped kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, dryer, TV, heater and also a beautiful view of the Tomebamba River, which was a few meters away. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Definitely a place we would go back to and recommend to other travelers.

The apartment is very nice, comfortable and safe, the owner is very kind helped us in any questions we had about the apartment, in addition it is located in a very quiet place, there are shops , pharmacies and restaurants nearby, we had a great time with the family, this apartment 100% recommended👍🏻.

traveling to a new country is always nerve wracking albeit exiting but worries gets a hold of you (me). that's where Edwin come in from instructions on busses from the airport to his town to instructions for the cab driver I would need from the bus to his place Edwin provided detailed instructions and made it supper easy even though i couldn't speak the language. His helpfulness and attention to detail didn't end there the place was in perfect condition he even had a binder with local attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, bakery's, spas and convince stores. i was staying for more than 2 weeks and his welcome and accommodations made it a great stay. the day before i was to fly out he took me to the bus station and helped me get a ticket for the bus i would need then he woke up early the next day to get me a cab so i didnt have to "hope" to find one it seams to me that Edwin runs his airBNB with a tremendous amount of care i strongly recommend

This is a wonderful long term stay apartment in a very quiet, safe and secure neighborhood. There are some great restaurants within walking distance and a SuperMaxi just a few blocks away. It is conveniently located near two major cross streets and getting around Cuenca is easy from here. The apartment has everything you need for a long stay with very comfortable linens and beds. There is ample hot water and a well stocked kitchen. The terrace is a great place to have morning coffee or visit with friends. The washer and dryer set up is a real plus. Most importantly, Luis and Ana are great people who do whatever they need to make your stay enjoyable. The neighbors were all kind and pleasant. We would recommend this place and look forward to staying there again.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, all in a safe and convenient area. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. When I had a small issue with the shower, she addressed it immediately. I also decided to extend my stay, and she was very accommodating, making the process seamless. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. I truly got to see Ecuador from a different perspective, which made the trip even more special. The only downside was the rain, which led to a few leaks, but it didn’t take away from how much I enjoyed the place. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The place is just as you see in the photos, everything is very clean and cozy. The affliction was pending in resolving any concerns, definitely a great place to stay and enjoy the city.

Salvador was a very responsive, helpful host. His place was even better than in the pictures. It was very clean and had a great view. The large windows created a very open space. A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. We could walk everywhere and taxis were abundant.

Perfect place to stay in Cuenca and don Patricio is a very kind and attentive person, from the beginning it was due that we arrived well and help us to install, apart from that the area is excellent since it is close to absolutely everything, I went with my husband and my parents and all were delighted, we will definitely go to Cuenca and obvious to the comfort and hospitality of Don Patricio's Airbnb...

Excellent stay, super spacious, comfortable, clean and safe. Don Marco super friendly, quick to provide help, responded quickly to my doubts, and helped us even with the schedule, helping to make our arrival more flexible, we will definitely be back.

Amazing experience. The host was always present to resolve any concerns, problems or requests we had. The apartment is very cozy and nice. In an area near the center, ideal for strolling through the beautiful streets of Cuenca.

The apartment was accessible to restaurants, pharmacies, a spa/salon, an ATM and a convenience store. We couldn’t have imagined the beautiful view from every window. The apartment is full of light, and the modern amenities were outstanding. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was particularly useful, and the stove and refrigerator were premium quality.

Juan is an excellent host, his house is beautiful and clean. My family and I are always happy to return, it is our favorite place to stay in Cuenca. Thanks Juan for everything, see you next time

Excellent stay

I had an amazing stay at Mauricio’s place in Cuenca. It’s in a great spot, just a 10-15 minute walk to the historic center so it’s close enough to everything but still nice and quiet. Mauricio was an incredible host. He was super attentive and always quick to help out if I needed anything. The apartment had everything I needed for a longer stay, and the hot tub was a huge highlight. The views from there were stunning. It was a great way to relax. I work online, and during the country wide power cuts Mauricio made sure I had a UPS generator so I didn’t miss or drop any video calls with my clients. Honestly, everything about this place was fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and can’t wait to come back.
