Enjoy a stay with everything at your fingertips. At the bottom of the building there are several commercial premises, ice cream parlors, ATMs, grocery stores, gas stations and pharmacies. One block from the building there are typical Cuenca food stores, 5 minutes from the Mall del Río, 3 blocks from the mega Guzho park, 10 minutes from downtown. And if you were looking for tranquility and security, this is the right place. We have a garage in the basement and 24-hour security.

Excellent location, central apartment. Just 1 block from the famous Mother's Park and Planetarium. Close to banking area, shopping mall and restaurants. You can walk to the historic center and tour various attractions of the city on foot or by bike, such as: the broken bridge, vado cross, etc. The tap water is drinkable, so it can be drunk directly. Cars up to 5.5 meters can enter the parking lot, it's a bit narrow.
