Waterfront vacation rentals in Azuay

Our stay was excellent, the apartment is as described in the photos, it is very cozy and we felt right at home. The area is quiet and there are several food outlets and pharmacies nearby, both on foot and by car. In conclusion, the apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities to enjoy a family stay ♥️🙏🏻

The apartment was very nice: quiet, clean and comfortable. Teresa was a great host. She helped us by finding a driver to take us to the airport very early in the morning as we had an early morning flight back to Quito. But the best thing about the apartment was the location. The apartment is located in the historic district three blocks from Parque Calderon. There are many excellent restaurants and interesting museums also within a few blocks. We enjoyed our stay. Cuenca is a very interesting city!

Great apartment! It was impeccable when I checked in. The building staff are always very polite and helpful, as well as the host. Safe and quiet neighborhood.

The Airb&b was really nice. We went with my family, a total of 5 people and we felt super comfortable, like at home, the beds were amazing. Cuenca is one of the most beautiful cities in Ecuador.

I loved the place, from the surroundings to how cozy the place is, the photos don't do it justice, everything was very clean, very well organized, the owner was very friendly, we really loved it, there were 7 of us but there was enough space and the whole house was already equipped, we felt right at home, I hope to return again 🥹

We had a great stay at Casa Linda! The location was perfect — centrally located and within walking distance of restaurants and local attractions. The home was exactly as described: very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of spaces for our family to relax and unwind. Juan was a responsive and honest host, and check-in was simple and smooth. Would definitely stay here again!

A room that evokes a call to reflection through nature and the appeal of a cozy cabin (in every sense of this word). The host is attentive and willing to clear any questions. The entrance is easy and good access. The cabin comes with everything you need for a few days of freedom. Friends, believe me when I mention (no interest), that they will not regret.

-The house was sparkling clean and EVERYTHING was exactly as seen on the pictures. They provided anything under the sun that you would need, you pretty much can come only with your clothes and tooth brush. -The view from the rooms is espectacular, especially when the Tomebamba river is full (the sound of it is so relaxing). -The location is super close to anything that you may need, several pharmacies, mercaditos, restaurants, bakeries, laundry mat if do would rather have a place that washes and irons for you at great rates, but the house has a great laundry area. The neighbors are super friendly. -You can walk 5 minutes to bus stop on Ordonez Lasso, and grab buses to Calle Larga (bus #3), every 10 minutes, or ther bus lines to other areas (I recommend loading the Moovit app on your phone). -If anything breaks, the host will answer your calls quickly and will send person to fix whatever is not working at the moment. -Internet service super fast and reliable (I work online).
