Fantastic stay, quiet place and close to the beach. Gerard and his wife were always very helpful and kind.

What a dreamy place! The decor was beautiful and the view was to die for! They had an amazing grilling area with a big table overlooking the water. Very private and peaceful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We are definitely going back!

Villa Nueva Vista Full Place

You can't ask for more, this accommodation has everything you need for a high-quality stay. Everything was spotless. It has wonderful outdoor spaces. Green areas, a gazebo and an area for lighting a bonfire, which we enjoyed as a family roasting marshmallows, spectacular views. As for the host, excellent service and communication, she welcomed us personally and was always attentive. We really felt at home. 100% recommended place. ⭐⭐

I had the pleasure of staying at Merline’s place for nearly a week, and it was absolutely wonderful! Merline is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure her guests feel at home. The apartment was not only cozy but also impeccably clean, with every detail attended to. Only 7 min away from Ocoa Downtown making it easier to spend time at the Ocoa’s main park with family and friends. The neighborhood was peaceful and picturesque, offering the perfect environment to relax. The cleaning staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive, further enhancing the overall experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay and can’t wait to return soon!

Very good place, really nice, I love the patio and the trees, really quiet, the apartment is very cozy and clean. Very central, easy access to everything, it feels like home.

The location was very convenient for getting around the area, and the atmosphere of the accommodation was very comfortable.
