The only downside was the stairs—they’re a bit tough, especially when carrying luggage up three floors. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was impeccably clean, well-equipped and charmingly decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed. The host was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. They made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Carlos & foremost his aunt Miguelina were outstanding!!! They're extremely friendly & great! He's abroad, I speak Spanish & doubt she speaks English. However, her charm and polite persona make up for anything which likely won't occur. I didn't know I'd not only get a bedroom, but an awesome huge living room ALL TO MYSELF! I thought I'd share. The flat is huge & kept spotless. Everything is new. As an open minded traveller, I'm not fussy about locations as long as it's SAFE, clean & the price is good. As a foreigner, I didn't realise there's NO DANGER in walking to a 5 minute walk 'moto-concha'. A ride into the city (anywhere) costs only 100DOP =€1.50 (absurd in the EU). This part of Dom Rep is really SAFE! They're all friendly, honest & hospitable. If YOU are FUSSY, it won't be for you. Find a RITZ & pay for it!! If not, it's OUTSTANDING. ANYTHING here costs way over twice & I doubt there's ANY nicer place. This is the TROPICS, not Switzerland. 10 stars for both & I'll be back!!!🥳

Our weekend at Puntarena Beach Condos was exactly what we needed — peaceful and rejuvenating. The condo was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for quiet beach walks and relaxing afternoons. The calm atmosphere made it easy to unwind and disconnect. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a serene escape.

The stay in this house was a unique experience. Attention, the hosts, Guido, Salvador: exceptional, always attentive and willing to any request or recommendation. The house is impeccable, everything is well arranged and clean. Full equipment, comfortable rooms. The view and setting, expectacular! We will definitely be back soon! Although we were as a couple, it is also recommended for families, as there are 3 rooms each with its own bathroom. Thank you for such a great experience!

The house has direct access to the beach and a small pier, many beds available, well equipped, and good air conditioning system in all areas. Maria was flexible with my early arrival, and the collaborating staff was very helpful in the stay. Very good experience during my visit to Palmar de Ocoa.

What a dreamy place! The decor was beautiful and the view was to die for! They had an amazing grilling area with a big table overlooking the water. Very private and peaceful. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We are definitely going back!
