We are renting our Ecological Vacation home in the beautiful Dominican Republic, a literal paradise in the mountains. It's located in the middle of the island with a 360 degree view of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and landscapes. The house is 15 minutes from the town of Constanza and two hours from Santiago Airport. Of course it is equipped with 24/7 electricity, hot water, cable tv, and internet service, yet it is beautifully furnished. It can accommodate 20 overnight quest, as we have five large bedrooms. There are two kitchens and four full bathrooms. Otherwise, the house holds a capacity of 150 persons, for wedding, birthdays, and special events, especially considering our wrap around porches and outdoor patios are enormous. We also have a hot tub/pool for enjoyment.

A panoramic view of lush green hills features neatly arranged rows of flowers and crops. In the distance, mountains provide a scenic backdrop, while a mix of trees and cultivated land creates a harmonious landscape. Bright sunlight enhances the vibrant colors of the flora.

"Sur la colline" is a beautiful mountain cabin that has a panoramic view over the city of Constanza. At only 5 minutes from the city center, where you will find restaurants, bars, stores and much more, you will still be surrounded by an amazing quietness. With the cozy interior you'll be able to warm up by the chimney with a hot drink. On the opposite, the large outside area gives you the opportunity to exercise freely. It's important to note that you need a 4x4 car to arrive to this place.

We were delighted with staying at this beautiful Villa, it has an excellent view of the valley and you can enjoy seeing beautiful sunsets and the sunrise with the mists of the place, they have cozy spaces to enjoy with family and friends. Their hosts are great and helpful. Everything was very clean and tidy. We would rent it again. We recommend it.

Attention was excellent, Anabel is very helpful and responsive, very quick to respond, her instructions were accurate and she was flexible with some additional requests we made. The place is very nice, with a dreamy landscape, if you like green landscapes, it will be perfect. The place is easily accessible, you can get there by normal vehicle and very close to the highway. The house was very clean and spacious, perfect for large families, the pool has a heater, something very favorable for the weather in the area. In short, our stay was exceptional and I'm sure we'll be back another time.

Casa Alta is a unique place, it has incredible views, a pleasant climate and a peace that you could not ask for more. In addition, the services of Doña María and Don Antonio in the house are wonderful, Doña María cooks delicious food and they are attentive to everything you might need, I had already been before and I would like to return.
