NickRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Coach House near the beach

RickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The house was a stunning place to spend a few days. We had our 3 kids with us ages 3 and 6. They had fun just tearing around the courtyard but we also were able to walk to the beautiful beach. The house was spotless and perfect for our needs. The kings arms opposite does a great plate of food and was really kid and dog friendly. We had a great stay and we’ll be back!

Stunning 2 bedroom holiday home

VictoriaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seagull’s Rest!! The accommodation is beautifully decorated and was clean, tidy and comfortable. As I read with other reviews, we were left a hamper full of goodies (including for our four-legged companion!) and the facilities available for our two young children were of huge convenience and gratefully utilised. The site itself is quiet and well maintained, with a small play park that we enjoyed every day. All the necessary amenities were within walking distance. Nicola stayed in touch on the day of check in to let us know when we could access her place, and was responsive to all my messages. We would love to revisit at some point in the future, thank you!

Mole End

NatalieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We stayed for 4 nights with Helens caravan. This was by far one of the most loveliest caravans we been to as a family ! It was super clean and very homely. To the point that Helen and Paul had left us some sweet treats, milk, fresh Bread and snacks even sauces in the fridge ! You could have thought of something and it was there !The caravan has linen and extra towels, washing machine, air fryer and coffee machine . It really was home from home. The children loved all the game and dvds and thr large tv.the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we slept in that wasnt a hotel. The area is lovely and great for dogs and children alike. Beautiful natural area and swimming. many choices of places to eat and things to do ! Helen was always available to talk to and this trip she made us feel very looked after, i was greatful for all your help on our trip. So happy i booked and will definitely love to go again just for the caravan alone. Hope to see you soon in the year.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is just steps from the beach, and the onsite swimming pool was a real treat. The accommodation had everything we needed, and we loved being able to bring our furry babies along, they enjoyed the beach just as much as we did. Linda, our host, was incredibly friendly and communicated clearly throughout our stay, making everything seamless and stress-free. The whole complex is exceptionally well maintained, with a convenient shop and restaurant nearby. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Quirky family home, three annexes + hot tub

FionaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
cobweb cottage was cozy and well equipped. The bedding was great and very comfortable. The space was perfect for everyone to gather in, but also the annexes allowed everyone to have enough privacy. The local pub is highly recommended we had a great meal there as a group and they couldn't have been more accommodating! Everyone in the group commented on how cute the property was. A couple of the properties quirks are covered in the welcome book and are clearly labelled, we had a slight issue with the boiler on check in but Joe showed us how to work around it so wasn't an issue. The Internet wasn't working on check out but we didn't need it so wasn't a huge issue. All in all a great stay!

Seaside Beach Bungalow

LaurenRating, 5 stars4 days ago
La Cappanna was such a lovely little gem which we found and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay for the Easter Bank Holiday Weekend! The beach was only a two minute walk away and was so quiet and there was lots of public footpaths to explore and plenty to see and do within an hours drive away! Happisburgh lighthouse is beautiful! 🤩 As for the accommodation itself - it is much bigger than the pictures look and it has a really secure garden if you are wanting to bring your dog 🐾 - and a big plus that the beds are so comfy and the bed linen is lovely and fresh on arrival! - as well as a little goodie bag with treats for humans and dogs; a nice little touch that you don’t get in many places and made you feel right at home! We will be back one day and will highly recommend to friends and family! Thankyou so much again Tommy and Naomi ❤️
