Vacation rentals with a patio in Aylesbury Vale

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at this flat. First, the location was perfect and allowed us to walk around the Notting Hill/Kensington areas easily. It felt very safe, even late at night. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I'm very picky about beds, as I have a bad back. The outdoor deck was wonderful and allowed us coffee outside and fresh air. But without a doubt, it was the hosts that made this a very special event. Pearlina and Simon went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us with recommendations, help when needed, incredible communication, and hospitality the likes of which I've never received before at an AirBnB. This is a home, not a purchased flat that no one has ever lived in. It felt like a home and was great. Only note: If you have little kids, the stairs inside the flat have no railing so would not recommend for children. Otherwise, it was charming

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

We had a great stay here. Susan was a wonderful host, who made it possible for us to check in early, and checked to make sure we had everything we needed. It’s a lovely neighbourhood, with three different supermarkets within walking distance (a Sainsbury’s Local, Co-op and LIDL). It’s also easy to get around, as it’s a short walk (15 minutes) to the underground station to get into central London. As an added bonus, it’s on the Richmond train line and a very quick trip out to Kew Gardens.

The apartment was exactly as described, and was convenient for Marlow town and the amenities, Worked perfectly as a base for me whilst I was visiting friends and family. If you have a big car parking can be tight but it’s off road so useful,

I loved my stay in Allan's flat. It is great - everything I needed for my stay was provided. The kitchen is so well equipped, the bedroom was a very good size and so comfortable. The bathroom was spotless. So near to everything like banks(cashmachines), and a great variety of restaurants and cafes. Close to central London on the Jubilee Line. I will defInitely be back with some other friends to enjoy this cosy and wonderful flat again. I will spread the word about how great your flat is Allan. Thanks very much for everything. Adriana

Excellent host

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

From booking to departure and everything in between, Vered and Paul were incredibly helpful and responsive. The house is amazing and superbly located near the Jericho high street and the canal (which is perfect for dog walks). The house is in a quiet, family oriented neighbourhood is is easily accessible. High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

Perfekt, clean place with ample room for our family and great to have a parking space. Quiet area with some nice coffees around the corner and short walk to central Notting Hill. Good public transport connection to reach central London quickly.
