Ms. Leyla was both quick and caring from the time of booking to after the stay. She made her feel warm and welcoming by providing descriptive information at every stage. The house is small but furnished on the 2nd floor of the apartment building, only 2 streets from the sea in the village of Ocaklar. There are tools needed in the kitchen. The beds were freshly washed with clean sheets and duvet covers. There was everything written and visible in the photo. Since we stayed for 2 nights, it met our need. On the first day, we walked around the villages of Narlı, İlhan, Doğanlar and Turan. On the 2nd day, we went to Ormanlı waterfall and Kirazlı Monastery. It was a great driving route for us, you come across amazing views along the way. I recommend it for those who think of it as a sightseeing route in the spring, the location of the house made it easy in this sense. Grocery stores such as Migros jet, ŞOK are right at the beginning of the street. Of course, there may be minor needs and problems, but it is not a problem with Ms. Leyla's solution-oriented approach. Really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect for us. Just a 10 min walk down to the ferry port, so a bit away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk down. The apartment was as described. Nice and clean with all the basics you will need for your stay. It has two lovely balconies, one front, one back with beautiful views as you are right on the coast line. We enjoyed gazing at many stunning sunsets over the sea. Cihan was an excellent host. Always around to help with anything we might need. Friendly and accommodating he really went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed our stay. There is a lovely beach bar just below with a nice stretch of beach to enjoy and swim in the beautiful sea. Highly recommend this airbnb!

The walking distance to the ships was 4-5 minutes, most importantly, very close to the sea. The apartment was very clean, in short, everything was as advertised. It was very close to the apartment, which is located on a traffic-free street, where we would park our car. We had a holiday on a cute street away from the sounds of cars that are very nice to be closed to traffic

Everything was as advertised. Mr. Ali and Ms. Rukiye welcomed us very well. They took care of everything. There was nothing missing in the room, it smelled spotless. I searched for the shortcomings previously mentioned in a review, but there was none. The pension is central but away from the noise of the tourist crowds. Every need is a few steps away. The sea is close and clean. I especially thank Ms. Rukiye for making me feel at home for a week. It will be the first address we will prefer when visiting Erdek again.

We really appreciate Mr. Hilmi's hospitality. She was extremely helpful and caring, quick to respond to every question we had, and she was always available to help. The house is in an ideal location for vacation, very clean and has a nice environment. It is located right next door to Giybet Beach, which is a big advantage. However, the location shown on the map on Airbnb is incorrect. The correct location corresponds to the address indicated in writing; therefore we recommend other visitors to be mindful of this. We would like to thank Mr. Hilmi again for all his help.

Overall, we were satisfied with the house and the communication with the host. They were helpful to provide our needs. They were open to communication. The location of the house was very good, away from other crowds and sounds but also close to everything. There is also an area right in front of the house where you can swim in the sea, it was calmer and there were few people. I think it was the best part of this house. If we go to Avşa again, we would like to stay in the same place. They came to get it by car to reach the house, and we would also like to thank you for that. There were just a few issues that were at a disadvantage for us. The washing machine was on the ground floor of the house and reserved for common use. Since we were on the top floor it was difficult to get down to the laundry toss. The vacuum cleaner was also shared, just so you know. It could have been better if the houses were in themselves. We couldn't see the iron either, but if we asked, Mr. Cihan and his wife would definitely help. There is no air conditioning in the house, the upper floors are airy at certain times of the day. There was wifi. Overall, we were satisfied. Thank you so much for everything ☺️☺️🙏🏻
