In a decent family environment in the most beautiful bay of Avşa Island. 10 minutes walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets, 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seaside villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can start your vacation with just your luggage without needing any additional items. Due to its seafront location and the island's decent family environment, there are very few daily accommodation facilities around it and it has the calmest beach.

Mürefte merkezde denize 25 metre uzaklıkta aile ve çiftler için uygun bir dairedir. 1 çift kişilik ebeveyn banyolu yatak odası, bir çift kişilik çekyatlı ikinci oda mevcuttur. Çamaşır makinası da olan bir diğer banyo bulunmaktadır. Mutfakta buzdolabı, bulaşık makinası ve tüm temel mutfak eşyaları mevcuttur. Bir adet dört kişilik masanın bulunduğu balkon mutfakla salonu birleştirir. Salonda bir adet 2 kişilik bir adet 3 kişilik oturma grubu ayrıca yuvarlak masa ve televizyon bulunmaktadır.

Mürefte suite - 1+1 room

Our house is a detached building in the center of Mürefte, there are 5 separate rooms, all of our rooms have a bathroom and WC in the room, our rooms have air conditioning, mini fridge and TV, it is a complete hotel room concept. 2 of our 5 rooms are 1+1 and there is a single bed in our small room outside the normal bedroom. There is no balcony in our 1+1 rooms. Our other 3 rooms consist of a single double bed. 95 km to Tekirdağ Şarköy 12 km 198 km to Istanbul

A unique house in nature. Air quality is excellent. The sea is more beautiful than you've ever seen before. If you are looking for calmness and peace, this island house is just for you. All rooms have air conditioning, the building is newly built. The items are of good quality. Kitchen equipment available. Only 140 meters from the sea. You will witness the beauty of nature and have a pleasant holiday in the olive groves. You can sip your coffee under the vine leaves, enjoy the pool in hot weather and sunbathe in our pool surrounded by pine trees. You can keep your drinks in the mini bar in the pool and in the closet in our birdhouse, and you can play music as you wish. You can also cool off in the sea 200 meters away. You can enjoy the barbecue and taste the local delicacies in Mürefte.

The house has 3 acres of land, among olive and fruit trees.
