Beachfront vacation enjoyment with a terrace

In a decent family setting in the most beautiful bay of the island of Avşa. It is a 10-minute walk to the pier, 3 minutes to the markets and 15 minutes to the entertainment centers. Our seafront mansion villa apartments are fully furnished and equipped with white goods. You can only start your vacation with your suitcase without the need for any additional items. Due to the seafront and the fact that the island of Avşa is located in a decent family environment, the daily accommodation facility around it is very few and has the calmest beach. 1+1 loft, can accommodate two people.

The garden was very nice, there was a barbecue in the fireplace. Mr. Ali helped himself, thanks to the fire of our barbecue. You can sit at the table right in front of the door and enjoy your tea in the evenings. There is a nice and long coast around where you can take a walk. There are a new generation tavern on the coastal road and beach cafes, I recommend going. The house was very clean, we did not have any problems. They gave us what we needed. Missing; There was no iron, hair dryer, and no shampoo. Also, the toilet seat and linen were broken. In summary, I would definitely recommend staying because the location is very good and the price is much more affordable than other houses around.

Everything was thought out in the house and the house was extremely clean. The location of the house was 2 minutes walking distance to the sea. The sea was very nice and clean. It was as described, even though the season did not open, they were very interested and relevant, we are planning to come in the season, the view and the beachfront are incredibly beautiful, we loved it and it was comfortable, 4 people can stay comfortably, and there were many amenities in the kitchen in the house

We had a great stay experience! Our host, Mr. Murat, was friendly, versatile and very knowledgeable. Thanks to his passion for fish and his hospitality, we felt very comfortable. Especially the grilled fish with the sauce she prepared were incredibly delicious! It also does a boat and fish tour when the weather is nice, which added a great experience to our stay. The area was quite calm during the winter season, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host also had very detailed information about the area and gave us great recommendations. We felt like we'd known him for years. We would definitely recommend!

Mr. Murat and his family are very caring and friendly people. The place we stayed was quite clean. My mother had a little difficulty because the stairs to the upper floor in the house were very steep. It may be a problem that there is no toilet upstairs. Beachfront, there are also amenities for the apartment such as sun loungers, camellias, and hammocks on the beach. It's about 30 minutes from downtown Erdek. It can be preferred for a peaceful holiday. We also liked that Mr. Murat and his family are animal lovers. Thank you.

Mr. Murat made it easy for us to come to the neighborhood by contacting us before the check-in. He helped us with where to meet our needs in the vicinity. He took good care of us during our entrance to the building. We easily settled in the apartment and had no problem with the cleanliness of the apartment. When we needed and had any problems with the apartment, we could easily reach it from the phone and it was taken care of right away. She provided good information about the surrounding bays. In summary, it was a quiet and peaceful place to relax, we were satisfied.
