The house was spotless and tidy. I spent 2 nights. There are appliances in the kitchen to meet all your needs, the bathroom was spotless. It smelled good from the linens. A place to feel cozy and comfortable like your home. The view of the house was very nice, you can watch the sea, the market and the restaurant were as close to the walking distance as you can reach your needs in a short time. Host was overly interested. She responded quickly and politely to our questions. We will choose it again.

The arrangement with the host Can was very quick. We quickly found the place when we arrived, we comfortably walked from the bus station. The small downside was that there is no elevator in the house. It wasn't a big problem in the end though. In the apartment, I loved the spacious balcony with a rocking bench overlooking the sea. That's where I spent every morning and evening. Overall the apartment is very spacious. The advantage is also very reliable WiFi. The shortcomings, in my opinion, are that there is no bathroom in the apartment. Only the shower in the toilet. There is also a missing trash can. As for the location, the apartment is very close to the beach and restaurants. Overall, I rate the place positively, we had a great time.

The walking distance to the ships was 4-5 minutes, most importantly, very close to the sea. The apartment was very clean, in short, everything was as advertised. We did not have any problems with cleanliness, there were every cleaning tool we needed. There were no missing supplies in the kitchen. Everything was easily accessible. We used all the amenities offered and were very satisfied. There was nothing broken. The beds were clean and laid back. The sheets, pillow cases and quilts were always backed up. It was 10 minutes away from the beaches and the grocery store in terms of location. We came without a car, but we had no difficulty at all. It was in a quiet location away from the crowds of the center. After the stay, he asked questions in order to improve the house and eliminate its deficiencies. Looking forward to coming back!

Everything was as advertised. Mr. Ali and Ms. Rukiye welcomed us very well. They took care of everything. There was nothing missing in the room, it smelled spotless. I searched for the shortcomings previously mentioned in a review, but there was none. The pension is central but away from the noise of the tourist crowds. Every need is a few steps away. The sea is close and clean. I especially thank Ms. Rukiye for making me feel at home for a week. It will be the first address we will prefer when visiting Erdek again.

The beach down the house is clean and very pristine business and there are no facilities nearby, there are other bays with businesses nearby.

We stayed with 7 people in the house where Mr. Oğuz and his family recently started to accept guests. The number of beds and bathrooms were very sufficient. The house was spotless.
