Accommodation as advertised . I would recommend this place for those who want to be quiet in a comfortable space. Great for kids as well.

Definitely one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. Fabien and Élodie are incredible hosts—warm, welcoming, and full of great recommendations. Their house in Angers is just amazing—beautifully designed, cozy, and full of character. You can tell they’ve put a lot of love into every detail, from the stylish decor to the little thoughtful touches that make you feel right at home. Whether you’re relaxing in the sunlit living room, enjoying a peaceful morning in the garden, or exploring the charming neighborhood, it’s the perfect place to stay. Can’t recommend it enough! They also have a super cool Sonos system sound !

Large house with everything you need, quiet neighbourhood.

Great stay at Cécile's house by the Loire! The house is very nice, tastefully decorated, very clean, the large kitchen is very functional for preparing meals and eating there. The house was well heated. Thanks to Cécile's mom who welcomed us very warmly and showed us around the house. Thanks to Cécile for her responsiveness to messages and advice.

Super convenient accommodation for a stay in Angers, city center very well served (bus and tram) Lidl nearby, fast food (pizza /bakery/kebab) a stone's throw away, quiet clean studio and small nice terrace in good weather. We will definitely return to the beautiful city of Angers and to Philippe's Airbnb if we can.

Very good stay in the apartment, comfortable, smartly furnished. Arrival without problem, with key box if necessary but Christophe is super welcoming and even offered (without me asking) to pick me up and drop me off at Angers station, which made things much easier for me! Small downside, some hair in the shower, the cleaning could have been a little more rigorous, but the apartment is very clean apart from this detail. Please note that for people with limited mobility, the stairs to access the mezzanine (bed, bathroom and shower) are very steep.

We had a wonderful stay!! The apartment is extremely pleasant: bright, quiet, well-decorated and well-equipped. Everything is clean and modern. No negative points, no unpleasant surprises, in short everything perfect what;) we'll be happy to come back

Even though I was very often away from the accommodation for appointments, every moment in the accommodation with the terrace was peaceful! Convenient, quiet accommodation, close to the banks of Maine, the park and the tram to get to the center. Perfect before tackling September :) See you soon and thank you for hosting us.

Very clean apartment, very well arranged, fully equipped, very well decorated and very well located! The bedding is quality. Free parking right across the street from the apartment is really a plus. Our stay in Angers was pleasant, especially since Jérôme's accommodation is comfortable. The terrace is a plus in good weather. The center is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. I recommend it.

Accommodation of a very good value for the money. Super quiet and functional. Its location is really central and allows you to crisscross Angers. Arriving at St Laud station, I reached the apartment easily thanks to the tram. Both Adrien by phone, and Jessica who welcomed me, were very accommodating and attentive. I found my base there to come back for a short stay in this very pleasant city. Thank you.

Had a great time at this apartment! Everything was exactly as described: the impeccable cleanliness, the very comfortable bedding and the neat decoration immediately put me at ease. The location is ideal, close to transport and shops, while being quiet. The host was responsive and thoughtful, with little coffee touches that make a difference. I highly recommend this rental and will return there without hesitation the next time I visit the area!
