This accommodation offers an outdoor courtyard, an equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed (160 cm) and a TV. A bedroom area with dressing room and a 160 cm bed. Shower room with basin and toilet. Wi-Fi is available. We will be there to recommend the best deals.

This single-story accommodation, for 4 people, 1 min walk from the "Bascule" tram stop is very bright and independent. You will be quiet in a cul-de-sac, with your own private entrance and free parking. Located in the city center, 5 min walk to local shops (bakery, supermarket, etc.) and 50 m from a greenway for your walks. Immediate access to the tram will allow you to make your trips, without taking your car. Close to the Nantes-Paris road axis.
