In the heart of Avoriaz, this bright & newly renovated 23m2 flat is top floor (with elevator) in one of the Ruches buildings. Ski-in ski-out with ski locker and 1mn from restaurants, supermarkets & shops. Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. Custom made/size bunkbeds suitable for 2 children in a separate room and a comfy double sofa bed in the lounge. Separate shower room & toilet. No wifi, TV, dishwasher, but fabulous views of the mountains from our windows, a wonderful opportunity to disconnect.

The bedlinen and towels are included for the winter (for stays of more than 3 nights and 10€/person for summer and shorts stays). Bike aren't accepted in the apartment.
