The place is really exceptional with the direct view of the lake and the charm of the village.. Very warm welcome, our hosts were particularly responsive to answer all our questions. The house is comfortable, modern and super well-equipped! Only bemol during busy weekends, walking traffic is not easy with young children on the lane that runs along the lake and is intended for both pedestrians and bikes.

Thank you to Carmel and Yves for your kindness, authenticity and kindness, your beautiful and peaceful accommodation allowed us to spend wonderful moments of friendship and ... with the beautiful weather we were able to enjoy a magnificent terrace with a magical view. Excellent week last. Suggestion to Geo and Jany to turn down the heating, we were not cold for sure. A little transient road in the morning to hire. Thank you for hosting Geo and Jany.

A wonderful place to stay, in a perfect location. For paragliding and access to the lake, the location couldn't be better. Danielle is a warm and wonderful host, very friendly and helpful.

Super cottage with everything you need inside, host available if needed and responsive. The views are beautiful. I'll gladly recommend the place and come back as soon as possible.

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house in the middle of the medieval city of Yvoire! And facing this wonderful Lake Geneva! Fanny is nice as well as her mom who we had to deal with. I recommend it.

I would particularly like to highlight the light-flooded rooms, the modern and simple furnishings and the direct access to the lake! The rooms all offer plenty of storage space. Fitness equipment and swimming equipment are provided. The contact with the landlords is straightforward and accommodating. In the evening, the roof terrace is nice to use. During the day it is quite noisy up there due to the national road. But you can escape to the lower floors and the balconies on the lake side. All in all a great place to stay!!!

This place is a dream. The view is spectacular but the apartment is also charming, very clean, and so peaceful. We have three small children and we loved the charming city of Yvoire and especially the town bakery. We did day trips to Chamonix, Annecy, and Broc (Switzerland)—it was one of our favorite vacations!

Pleasant stay in a small loft overlooking Lake Geneva! A small cozy nest for a single person or two! All the amenities available to be quiet during the stay! No complaints

We had a great stay! Linens, towels and soap/detergent were provided in large quantities. The apartment is cleaned and the kitchen superbly equipped. When we had a problem with the heating, the owner was there immediately and helped us. The view directly onto the lake is fantastic, but the only thorough road leads directly past the house, so it can be heard very loudly on the balcony. Nevertheless, we definitely recommend the apartment, we felt very comfortable

We were a family of 5, plenty of space. Love breakfast on the balcony. We had no car but everythink was walkable, lots to see, friendly village. host was very friendly and helpful. Perfect for us, definetely recommend it.

We enjoyed staying in the bungalow very much, the location under the tall old trees is very relaxing - also the proximity to the lake was perfect. We felt comfortable and welcome. A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.
