Monthly Rentals in Avon

Went and stayed 2 nights and was a very cosey and pleasent stay. It was a duck hunting trip so we left out very early both days with no issues Bonnie was very kind and made us at home and was very helpful with anything we needed.

We had a great stay, the house was very comfortable and had everything we needed, plus lots of fun games and extras that we were able to enjoy. We really loved the setting on the water! The host, Rachel, was super helpful in sharing recommendations. Thank you!

Rachel’s place was perfect for our getaway for two. The condo is located on the sound side with beautiful views of the sunset. Kitchen had all the necessary amenities and TV was easy to use. The bed was very comfortable, too comfortable actually! We loved it! Hope we get to come back again soon!

Clean and spacious room which is located at the ground floor of a raised house, common in OBX. The space is tidy and clean and the shower is outside and the bathroom is located in a separate room. All was clean and I would stay there again.
