Monthly Rentals in Avoca

Great stay for my wife and I. We stayed for 1 month and didn’t have any issues. Host was responsive and accommodating. Nice little kitchen with everything we needed. There’s also an A/C unit in the master bedroom, which was a pleasant surprise. Would recommend.

Exactly what is described! Fantastic view of the river with excellent fishing. Very quiet & cozy stay , i would highly recommend staying even if it’s just for the night !! 5 stars all the way.

We spent two beautiful nights here as a family, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The space was warm, inviting, and thoughtfully prepared. Every little detail showed care and hospitality, which made our time together even more special. We're deeply grateful for the experience and the memories we made here. I would highly recommend this Airbnb. it was so clean, spacious, comfy and met all our needs. C.J. was an amazing host and would respond promptly. This place has everything you need for a hassle free overnight or longer. C.J has totally renewed my faith in Airbnb after our last trip was a disaster. This Airbnb and C.J deserve 10 stars.
