Monthly Rentals in Avoca Beach

Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

Great space for family with young kids! Very walkable to everything you need cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, and store. Beautiful jetty to watch sunset and very close to the beach! Judy was very responsive and accommodating too to everything we needed. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay. That view was absolutely stunning! Booked this place for the wife and I and it was everything I wanted it to be. Peaceful, amazing views, and the beach/restaurants are a stone throwaway. The fire pit took it to another level and it tick every single box when it comes to a luxury private getaway. This place looks even more beautiful in person and would recommend this to anyone. We’ll definitely be coming back. 12 out of 10!!

We had a great stay at Russell’s accommodation. It was comfortable, spotless and stylish. Only 5 minutes drive to Avoca beach. Russel is s a great host, always responsive and flexible. We were made feel welcome with little extras, like hot cross buns and Easter eggs. Beach towels also were very convenient. We would recommend Russell’s place to anyone wanting accommodation near Avoca Beach
