Waterfront vacation rentals in Avoca Beach

We had an amazing time staying at Lucy's beachfront Airbnb! We spent a month there and loved waking up to the stunning sunrise every morning. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Lucy was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We would absolutely love to return for another beach getaway!

Very happy with our 2 night stay. Hosts were great to deal with very friendly and helpful. Nice spot, lots of beautiful restaurants to choose from, walk straight onto the beach, good shops to browse. Overall 10/10 for accommodation and surrounds

I had a wonderful one night stay at Jonathan’s place. I have to agree with all the positive reviews on the property. It was a very welcoming place, right on the water, and in a fantastic location within walking distance to the main attractions. I would definitely come back!

The apartment is a lot better than the photos. The decor detail and colour scheme is grounding and very peaceful. Perfect for some R&R. The host were very responsive , caring, polite and respectful. They were very generous, even with the small detail inside the apartment , like allowing for Disney+ and Netflix on television and having good quality shampoo and conditioner soap and a well equipped kitchen. This is the second visit to The Entrance and this property… 5 years apart. It will always be my go-to stay when I visit Central Coast. Peter is friendly and proactive and the apartment is spacious, immaculately clean and real value for money. The rooftop terrace is the highlight for us, magnificent views, loads of different seating areas for eating, relaxing and socialising - with an outstanding hot tub! We would recommend this apartment 100% K&S. UK.

Up three flights of stairs has you inside and at the top floor overlooking the beautiful beaches and waters of "The Entrance". Gorgeous sunrises and calming sunsets. This spacious and comfortable unit is everything you need for a weekend or week or two away, open, spacious and tidy. 🛏 BEDROOMS: Two Queen beds. Ceiling fans. Beds are very, very comfortable. Big rooms with lots of room to unpack and hang clothes. Bring your own linen or use the supplied linen. 🚿 BATHROOM/LAUNDRY Beautiful shower and large deep bath for soaking in. Twin washer and dryer available. 🛋 LIVING AREA: Chaise lounge with cosy cushions and TV. Dining table with 4 chair's Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge/freezer space. Oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, jug and cappuccino machine. All cutlery, dinnerware, tableware and crockery is in the cupboards. 🏖 THE VEIW: SPECTACULAR! The one way street has less traffic and very little noise. We will definitely book again. RATING ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Accomodation was very clean. The house was well equipped for all of our guests. The views and house looked just like the pictures.

Place was clean and welcoming. I could feel every part of the place was looked after with thoughtful consideration. Nick was very responsive all times and helped out when we needed it. I will be coming back for sure!! Thanks Nick!

Our holiday at Helen's lakeside property was absolutely fantastic! The location could not have been more perfect, right in front of a serene lake with picture-perfect scenery. The view from the property was breathtaking, providing the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable stay. The spacious outdoor deck allowed us to fully enjoy the natural beauty around us, whether we were having meals, playing games, or simply soaking in the view. Inside, the house was just as impressive—spacious, immaculate, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clear that Helen has taken great care in maintaining the property, and it made our family feel right at home. What made this holiday even more special was the fact that it was a multi-generational trip with our children and grandchildren. Beautiful property- super tranquil and right on the water. We hired a boat which we docked at the property and did fishing off the jetty. 10/10 would recommend, had the best time ever. Just remember to bring the mozzie spray!

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

The house is in a great position at lake Macquarie with lots of fun to offer. The house and each bedroom were delightfully decorated to add enjoyment to the stay. It’s a wonderful experience we have had. On the down side I would say if beds could be more comfy with better mattress that would be good. Will appreciate if have more floor towels or mop since floor is wet with lots of water activities expected. Shame we have no bbq we could use but we understand the reason. The main couch is a big old and smelly otherwise the home and stay have been perfect.

Beautiful location by the water. The house was nice and big for our family holiday and lots for space for the kids. The baby cot and high chair was especially helpful for my sister's baby which we really appreciated. Rooms were lovely but the highlight was the balcony/deck where we had breakfast. The location, the view and the sound of the ocean waves made our stay in this apartment a wonderful experience! We had no trouble communicating with our hosts, who were nice and helpful! We can only recommend the apartment for future guests.

The place was very close to Mona Vale Beach. Not far from the bus to the city or Manly. Close to Mona Vale shops.

Had a great stay! Loved being right on the beach. Parking was the only pitfall but something out of their control. Great stay and will definitely attempt to stay there again!

Great place to stay in Manly. Nick was so helpful from the beginning, allowing us to use his parking permit before check-in, which is amazing to use in Manly. The house was very presentable, clean and tidy with everything you need for a two night stay. Nick offered us an early check-in and a late check out which makes a huge difference to a long weekend holiday. Would definitely stay here again if we are back that way. Highly recommend!!!

Jamie was an excellent host. The communication was amazing. He gave a lot of clear instructions on everything in the accomodation and gave a lot of recommendations on the area. It was an excellent experience to have Jamie as a host. Truly wonderful.
