Vacation rentals with a sauna in Avoca Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely and easy walk to cafes. We didn't have a chance to try all the amenities but had a great time. Only issue was the construction site next door.

Chantale’s apartment was so comfortable, lovely atmosphere and so well appointed especially considering the weather was so hot! The complex is safe and the facilities are so good for a relaxing stopover. Access to all the northern beaches , cafes , restaurants etc. I will definitely go back to take the opportunity to enjoy another perfect chill out!

Beautiful & spacious place, close to everything, highly recommended

I came for a week as a "work retreat", to isolate and focus on work. Kira's place was perfect and ideal. Centrally located, easy walking access to cafe's and restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and spotless and has a fantastic outlook. Bed linen was divine and comfy. Building has a pool, spa and old skool sauna which I used a coupe of times for great relaxation. Thanks all round and would definitely stay again! X

Easy communication, right in the heart of hornsby and walking distance to everything. Very spacious for an apartment, loved that there is aircon in the bedrooms and living area, kitchen is a dream. Will definitely stay again and happy to move right in as you feel so at home. They have done an amazing job

Jackie's place was beautiful and family-friendly. It is a cozy place that feels very homely. If you want a holiday that is stress-free and has it all, then this is it. It may be a little older, but the convenience and cleanliness of everything make up for it. Jackie was also helpful, kind and respected our privacy.

My family of four have enjoyed a lovely extended stay at the Manor Holgate whilst our home is being renovated. The home is lovely, cosy and has everything we could need for an enjoyable stay. What sets this place apart are the stunning, manicured gardens and grounds surrounding the property. It is such a private and peaceful property, the tall trees and lush dense bushland are so beautiful - you wont get tired of sitting out on the verandah relaxing amongst it all. My children have loved exploring and going on adventures down to the creek, running around the grassy lawns and swimming in the pool (just be weary of leeches!) Lane has been a fantastic, friendly and responsive host, accommodating us with a very last minute booking and has ensured we have everything we need for a comfortable stay. She has also helped us with a couple of special requests which we are so grateful for. We highly recommend staying at the Manor for your next relaxing getaway, you won’t be disappointed!

Nicola was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly. We (two families - 4 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay over the New Year break. House was as described, with a well stocked kitchen, including a great espresso machine to keep you caffeinated. Lots of activities to keep us occupied on the property (heated pool, sauna, hot tub) as well as nearby (kayak, walking/bike track, fishing in the lake etc. Would love to stay again.

Thank you Irene and Mat for hosting this beautiful place for us to stay during the Easter break. We fully enjoy it. The property is well located in Gorokan, just 1.5 hour drive from Sydney. 5 minutes drive from the Lake Haven Shopping Centre and close to Wallarah Recreation Club and Wyong Leagues Club where you can get a hearty meal and enjoy the nightly band performance. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are clean. The property is fresh, new, light-filled, airy, comfortable and spacious. The first thing you see after entering is the DREAM KITCHEN with a massive island and huge fridge. Every utensil you can think of can be found in the cabinet, all brand new hardly ever used. I especially like the sofa in the living area with reclining features. Very comfy. Every corner is well thought through. The decor and the furniture are well placed, practical and beautiful. The backyard is flat and well kept with a covered area and a sunny lawn. Bed linen of good quality

Jake and Natasha were unequivocally, hands down the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. If I could, I would give 10 stars. Their property is on an island where it's boat access only. Jake was kind enough to pick up my friends and I on the day, and not just once but twice as a friend was arriving later. Jake showed us around hawkesbury, taking about the history and how the locals live. Honestly felt like we got a free tour guide! They were so gracious with their hospitality, like when we forgot a few items and they happily lent us anything required like a blender. They also gave us beers and drinks! Which goes very well after going into their well built sauna Fishing rods, crab pots and kayaks were supplied which enhanced the trip. The property was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy and the view is amazing! Do yourself a favour and book this place. You will not regret it! Thanks Jake and Natasha - hope to see you soon again!

The perfect Airbnb! A spacious house that was very clean and had everything we needed. Lots of beds, nice bathrooms, a great modern kitchen, and a big open living area. It's in a good location close to the beach.
