Mona’s place is beautiful and has everything you need to relax and unwind. The Sauna and ice bath were a hit and we loved that we were so close to the beach. We didn’t need to go shopping for essentials as Mona provided much more than we expected. The place was also sparkling clean so I can highly recommend it.

Great house in a peaceful rural setting with lovely styling and pared-back furnishings. Plenty of space for our family of 5 (and dog) to relax and enjoy the bush surrounds. Kids absolutely loved the flying fox, too (I think the whole suburb heard their screams of joy!).

Fantastic space with super responsive hosts. Their recommendations for the private chef and yoga made the birthday and renion with our Oz friends and their families a very memorable event. The proximity to the convenience store was perfect for all our necessities. The lap pool, spa and direct beach access to the epic surf was a big highlight! We would highly recommend spending some quality time at Kalakua House.

Wagtail is a beautiful property, my friends and I had a lovely weekend on the beautiful Hawkesbury River. David’s property was fully equipped, we really enjoyed using the fire place, jacuzzi and outdoor spa. David’s communication was great, we also checked out the local cafe for the rental tinnie boats and food. 10/10!

My wife and I loved our stay. It was everything we expected. We were happy in the way we were welcomed it really made it feel like home. The property had more then we expected and the surroundings are so inviting. We had gone for the one night which had suited us at the time and we got everything we needed relaxation, peace and serenity. We had an amazing stay over the Australia Day long weekend as a family of four with our small dog. The heated pool was the highlight of our trip—our kids couldn’t get enough of it and were diving in as soon as they woke up each morning! It made our holiday so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at Ryan & Louisa’s place. The property is perched on a hill with breathtaking views overlooking the beach—absolutely stunning at all times of day. The house itself is spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with amazing attention to detail. It’s packed with amenities, including a beautiful pool and a relaxing sauna, making it the ideal escape from city life. Only about an hour from Sydney, but it feels like a world away. Ryan and Louisa were incredibly responsive and welcoming throughout. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended!

The pool, spa and sauna with super convenient and close access to the lake made this place brilliant. We celebrated New years with a small group of close friends and it was just perfect. Each room had their own bathroom and the outdoor setting was stunning. Plus, grocery stores literally were a 10 minute drive away.

Raea’s cabin was an ideal getaway for our family. The property is absolutely stunning—quiet, peaceful, and surrounded by nature. Spotting a wombat walk past during dinner was a highlight of the stay. The cabin was cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. Our two young boys had a great time roaming around and discovering the bushland. A great spot to unwind and enjoy the outdoors.

We had a great stay at Avoca. The apartment was clean and a lovely place for our visit. We enjoyed the facilities at the complex including the pool, billiards and table tennis. Parking was easy. Bit of a walk to the flag-end of the beach but still very close and good location.

We stayed two nights at this apartment. The area is very quiet and the shops and cafes are 5 minutes walk. The view is spectacular and we could have spent the whole time sitting on the wraparound verandah gazing at the water from every angle. The apartment is very spacious and immaculately clean. All the furniture was in excellent condition, comfortable and attractive. The mattresses and bedding were all very comfortable, perfectly clean and in as new condition. The kitchen was spotless and fully equipped with everything you could need for a longer stay. We especially appreciated that nothing in the kitchen was worn, cracked, chipped or overused. It was a delight to arrive in such a gorgeous space with its glorious view. Everything in the apartment is tasteful, attractive and welcoming. There is ample room for a family or for friends. We would very happily return to this beautiful, quiet, private and very easily accessible apartment.

Nicoles place was a lovely find for our long weekend getaway. The place was comfortable and had all the amenities needed. Locals and businesses were very friendly. Every morning we had a nice walk to the beach which was a stone throw away. Overall our experience was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was lovely and easy walk to cafes. We didn't have a chance to try all the amenities but had a great time. Only issue was the construction site next door.

I came for a week as a "work retreat", to isolate and focus on work. Kira's place was perfect and ideal. Centrally located, easy walking access to cafe's and restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and spotless and has a fantastic outlook. Bed linen was divine and comfy. Building has a pool, spa and old skool sauna which I used a coupe of times for great relaxation. Thanks all round and would definitely stay again! X

Jackie's place was beautiful and family-friendly. It is a cozy place that feels very homely. If you want a holiday that is stress-free and has it all, then this is it. It may be a little older, but the convenience and cleanliness of everything make up for it. Jackie was also helpful, kind and respected our privacy.

Nicola was an excellent host - very responsive and friendly. We (two families - 4 adults, 4 kids) had a great stay over the New Year break. House was as described, with a well stocked kitchen, including a great espresso machine to keep you caffeinated. Lots of activities to keep us occupied on the property (heated pool, sauna, hot tub) as well as nearby (kayak, walking/bike track, fishing in the lake etc. Would love to stay again.

Thank you Irene and Mat for hosting this beautiful place for us to stay during the Easter break. We fully enjoy it. The property is well located in Gorokan, just 1.5 hour drive from Sydney. 5 minutes drive from the Lake Haven Shopping Centre and close to Wallarah Recreation Club and Wyong Leagues Club where you can get a hearty meal and enjoy the nightly band performance. The neighborhood is quiet and the streets are clean. The property is fresh, new, light-filled, airy, comfortable and spacious. The first thing you see after entering is the DREAM KITCHEN with a massive island and huge fridge. Every utensil you can think of can be found in the cabinet, all brand new hardly ever used. I especially like the sofa in the living area with reclining features. Very comfy. Every corner is well thought through. The decor and the furniture are well placed, practical and beautiful. The backyard is flat and well kept with a covered area and a sunny lawn. Bed linen of good quality

Jake and Natasha were unequivocally, hands down the best hosts I've ever had the pleasure of experiencing. If I could, I would give 10 stars. Their property is on an island where it's boat access only. Jake was kind enough to pick up my friends and I on the day, and not just once but twice as a friend was arriving later. Jake showed us around hawkesbury, taking about the history and how the locals live. Honestly felt like we got a free tour guide! They were so gracious with their hospitality, like when we forgot a few items and they happily lent us anything required like a blender. They also gave us beers and drinks! Which goes very well after going into their well built sauna Fishing rods, crab pots and kayaks were supplied which enhanced the trip. The property was very nice and comfortable. Everything was clean, tidy and the view is amazing! Do yourself a favour and book this place. You will not regret it! Thanks Jake and Natasha - hope to see you soon again!

Ann was a great host her place is beautiful and the oldest on the Island. Personally loved the waterbed and the gardens are great. Breakfast was a really nice experience, calming views of the lake. Movie room was full of old cd’s to choose from. And fireplace was superrr Would love to stay again!
