Justine was friendly, helpful and promptly responsive. The cabin was clean, cozy and very comfortable, with all the essentials of home. Loved Forresters Beach, a beautiful sanctuary and very picturesque!!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb. It was so clean, spacious and cozy. The kitchen is absolutely stunning and not to mention the amazing water views right out the front.

Look no further! Home away from home! 5 star location (walking distance to spas, market, restaurants, ferry, etc...), 5 star home (super clean, ALL amenities possible, very cozy) and 5 star host who displayed a great deal of flexibility with a 4 year old. An amazing place that delivers more than is listed on the site, with added extras such as the provision of surf equipment (e.g. boogie boards), thoughtful touches like a cool bag for transporting cold food and drinks, some kitchen basics (cooking oil, fruit juice). The space is large and very well thought-out. The half bathroom on the upper level is nice to have.

Was greeted by Tracy on arrival. Tracy was great and informative. There’s a long narrow stairway down side of house to bottom of property where we stayed. May not be ideal for those who struggle to walk up and down flights of stairs but was no biggie for us! Clean and tidy Bedroom, Kitchen (with gas stove) and Bathroom/Laundry areas. Comfortable Lounge suite and outdoor lounging suite. There’s a slight clutter with furnitures in lounge/dining and outdoors but realised that the waterfront yard is not private unless Tracy has no guests on her other Airbnb listing which I was not aware of and that’s on me btw (for not reading up on it). BUT, once you see the water, the jetty and the wildlife in their elements, everything else are only minor things lol. Hubby caught some fish on the jetty but was unable to go out on boat due to wet and stormy weather. Nevertheless, all in all, it was a great time away from home and enjoyed our stay. Perfect place for a few days away . If you are planning to cook meals there is only oven /microwave but kitchen is lovely . Be aware .. only way up to the lovely spacious loft bedroom is a ladder . I missed that detail when I booked . We managed fine but if you are not mobile it might not suite you . It close to everything and even though it’s on the highway the granny flat will s st the back of the main house and very quiet . Host was excellent and place was tastefully decorated and spotless .

Jennene’s Airbnb is exemplary in every way. Immaculately kept, thoughtfully appointed, and perfectly positioned facing the sea, it’s the kind of place you immediately want to return to. The backyard is a dog owner’s dream - spacious, secure, and ideal for pets to stretch out and play while you enjoy the ocean breeze. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Just a heads-up: please don’t book in July… because we’re coming back!

Kitti's & Tim's cute little place was just perfect for my stay in Umina Beach. Tucked away in a quiet back street, but close enough to everything you'll need. I happened to run into Kitti & Tim when I arrived, and they were beautiful, friendly, welcoming hosts, with the most adorable twinsies! ❤️ Otherwise, I didn't see or hear a peep from them. It was very private and separate. Inside was simple, clutter free and clean, with a tasteful, beachy/shabby chic/farm house vibe and cute personal decorative touches. A lovely welcome note and wine, suitable kitchen facilities for my short stay, plenty of room for two, and a comfy bed. My only concern was the hot water gets to scolding fast! But I'd rather it hot and adjust the cold, than never passing luke-warm. I won't hesitate to stay again, or recommend it to others. Thanks Kitti & Tim

My family loved staying here. The place catered for kids with a travel cot, high chair and baby gate available. It is beautifully decorated and had lots of lovely touches that made the place feel extra special. We had a lot of fun exploring the nearby fields and got to meet the chickens and horses! I can't praise the communication of the owners enough - they checked in every day and responded to messages quickly. Thank you for the great stay Alissa and Matt!

We had a beautiful couples’ trip at Sam’s place. She was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The spa was amazing and it was the perfect spot to relax in the evening. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was spacious and easy to cook in. Overall it was a great experience!

Beautiful location and very comfortable air bnb. The perfect place to escape and be right next to the water. A good fitness workout up and down the stairs but worth it! Great getaway!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Beautiful Stay at The Nest The Nest was the perfect home base for our getaway to Brooklyn. The space was spotless, beautifully styled, and really comfortable. It’s in a peaceful spot but just minutes from everything—ideal location! We did an oyster shucking experience, visited the Broken Bay Oyster Shed, and had an amazing dinner at A Chef Secrets—all within easy reach. The host was lovely and responsive, and the thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this stay—we’d definitely come back!

We stayed at Jamie’s for a weekend and it was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, apartment spotlessly clean. Very close to the beach, shops and gorgeous walks. The apartment had everything we needed and would definitely stay again

Stayed one night with a friend, the place is very neat, tidy, clean, the hosts were friendly, the area was quiet and we got to see the sunset over the lake only a short walk away. Would stay again :)

A fantastic place to stay for a few nights or even longer, Paul is such a great host. The home was exceptionally clean, the spa bath was absolutely delightful and his instructions are very very clear! The surroundings?! Beautiful and we felt right at home. I’ve already begun recommending Paul’s stay to all our friends.

Michele and Jeff were amazing hosts—warm, welcoming, and such a pleasure to chat with. The location was absolutely stunning. The peaceful lake setting, combined with the breathtaking views of both sunrise and sunset, created the perfect escape. This is one of those places you’ll want to return to—and I definitely will!.

Great location. Beautiful space, amazing comfortable beds, great amenities. The shower is fabulous as well as the high quality soaps, shampoo and conditioner. Would stay there again
