Vacation rentals with breakfast in Central Coast Council

We had a perfect weekend at Chloe and Rohan's home. They've done a great job setting up the home for guests while still maintaining all of the thoughtful and cozy attributes of a home. The location is perfect and the deck offers a fantastic view of the ocean, which was very walkable and their native landscaping offers a bit more privacy. Chloe made everything extremely easy with a useful pdf pamphlet of things to know about the area and tips. Our dog loved the very secure yard! We hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Lisa’s home. The house itself was spotless, super clean. The home had a great view of Avoca Beach and was in a private location. It was a perfect size for a couple and the bathroom was great. Lisa was a great and thoughtful host and thought of all the little extras to make our stay enjoyable. Bread (2 types which I didn’t expect - based on what I liked and what my husband preferred), eggs, a number of options for breakfast toppings, cereal and milk. And coffee of course based on what we preferred. Fruit bowl was also provided and some sweets to welcome us into Lisa’s home. Lisa was very responsive to any questions I had and recommendations for where to eat in the area. The Cowrie is an upmarket fine dining restaurant about 5 mins walk from the home. Plenty of other delicious options for eating out in Terrigal and Avoca Beach. I was also lucky enough to have a couple of lovely massages in house. I would highly recommend Lisa’s home for a getaway.

Wendy is very hospitable in sharing her space. There is every white good product for use, in great condition and making our coffees excellent. We had a lovely time in the spa drinking Champane and sharing our time. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom, divine. The state of cleanliness and comfort is excellent.

We love the cottage Pearl Beach for our family weekend away. Perfect for 4 couples. Plenty of outdoor space and undercover area if wet. We love the easy walk to the beach, bush, tennis court and don’t leave Pearl Beach. Thanks for the extra luxuries like lovely towels, lotions, candles and bubbly.

Lovely house. Great for a night stayover on our way grom Sidney to Brisbane.

My partner and I stayed at Angela’s beautiful place over the weekend for a Sydney getaway and it was fantastic. Upon arrival the view was incredible, with curtains peeled, the balcony had a great overlooking view of Terrigal Beach. The amenities within the room we’re amazing and truely made us feel at home! Angela was very responsive from the moment we booked the stay, and was super accomodating. We will most definitely book with Angela again if we ever find ourselves in Terrigal, and would recommend anyone to do the same!

What a stunning location! We were blown away by the beautiful all round views of the water and national park. Everything was perfect - the peace, scenery, the accommodation and the decor. Lots of different areas to enjoy the property. Every room had a lovely outlook. The beds were very comfortable, including the bunk. Exceptionally well equipped gourmet kitchen with wine fridge, coffee machine, and the comprehensive guest pantry was a lovely surprise. Excellent value. We’ll definitely be back!

This is our second time staying here. Geoff is always welcoming. We find it very cozy and private and relaxing. We love the open plan which makes the studio flat spacious. We like the decor. We appreciate the breakfast items that are left for us. We enjoy the walk Along the Esplanade at Ettalong Beach and being able to sit near the water and eat delicious hot chips from the canteen; we enjoy the cinema at Avoca; the op shop’s at Umina and Ettalong. Next time we would like to take the ferry to Palm Beach. This won’t be our last time. Thanks, Geoff.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming sandstone cottage. The location was fantastic – just a short walk to shops, the station, ferry, and all the local amenities. The cottage was very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the thoughtful touches like the breakfast basket, snacks, and milk were so appreciated. The space was cozy and comfortable, and we especially loved the peaceful garden – such a lovely spot to relax. A truly delightful place to stay!

I came for a week as a "work retreat", to isolate and focus on work. Kira's place was perfect and ideal. Centrally located, easy walking access to cafe's and restaurants and the beach. The place was clean and spotless and has a fantastic outlook. Bed linen was divine and comfy. Building has a pool, spa and old skool sauna which I used a coupe of times for great relaxation. Thanks all round and would definitely stay again! X

I stayed here for two nights and the place was absolutely lovely. Attached to the main house but had its own private entrance and space. Karen and Sean provided a range of amenities including fresh bread, multiple spreads, juice and milk. They are very thoughtful hosts! One of the drawers even had a sleeping mask and earplugs, not that I needed them. The location is close enough to most things on central coast but you will need a car to get around.

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super clean and incredibly peaceful. One of the highlights was waking up and relaxing in the evening with the calming sounds of ducks and birds just outside. Such a lovely, tranquil spot. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was both nice and convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. One of the highlights was the adorable chicks. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed 2 nights at Tumbi Orchard for our Babymoon (ahead of baby #2). We couldn't have asked for a more relaxing spot to catch up on sleep and generally feel very relaxed. Fiona and Dean have impeccable taste and spared no expense on quality furnishings, down to their plates and cutlery matching the lux colour scheme. The bath overlooking greenery was delightful. The bed very comfy. And the fire heater a nice option for that romantic touch. Only a short drive from The Entrance, Long Jetty and lots of great restaurant options - definitely check out Carne & Cucina. Fiona and Dean responded within minutes but managed to stay out of our way to give us full privacy. Would stay again and highly recommend. Thanks for having us!

Our family of 3 really enjoyed our stay at Fiona and Dean's tiny house. My son enjoyed the steps and ladder to get to the lofts, as well as the paddle tennis and ring toss in the yard. The chickens were fun to watch in the afternoon and my son even said he saw a kangaroo bounce past. The location was super peaceful, but still easy enough to get out and about to the beaches and for meals. The tiny house was super clean and had everything that we needed. Highly recommended!

Mikes place was perfect for a short stay. Very clean with everything we needed. Lovely peaceful location, coffee van in walking distance and Maitland Bay beach.
