Best Sydney Accommodation we have stayed! Amazing views, close to everything we needed and the indoor pool, spa and sauna was perfect for the cooler autumn weather! Will definitely be booking again for our next trip to Sydney! Thanks to Kevin for a wonderful stay!

I had organised this apartment for a getaway with my sisters who live interstate. It was the perfect location that we could either sit on the balcony and just enjoy the views and our own company. Or, if we chose, we could take the short walk down the boardwalk along the creek into Kingscliff Beach in minutes and enjoy the many cafes, restaurants and a good Woolies. Would recommend both the Bowls and Surf Club The pool was an added bonus. Katie was only a message away when we did have a query and was prompt with her responses and follow up. The sun shone, we walked talked and laughed. It was exactly what we wanted. Would recommend the Bowls and Surf Club. If you like a walk, take a right on the boardwalk, left on the bridge and first left. At the end there is the beach that the owners and their dogs, make a wonderful sight to see and the beach stretches forever. Highly recommend a very relaxing and scenic stay when the view changes with the tide.

What a wonderful property!! The view is top notch & the sound of the waves falling asleep at night was dreamy. This was one of the best, if not the best, vacation properties that we’ve ever rented. The furniture and bed were so comfy & the lovely treats from Melodee were greatly appreciated. We also enjoyed the the curious& charming water dragons. You will thoroughly enjoy 😎

Helen and her staff were very professional and responsive! The view was also absolutely amazing and it’s located very close to Gosford! The home was gorgeous and you can expect nothing but kindness from Helen and her staff. Would 10/10 recommend :)

We loved our stay!! The place was very cosy and had a beautiful view. Kangaroos visited us in the morning and afternoon. Angela was very helpful and flexible. We highly recommend!!

Karen was really helpful with all our requests prior to arrival. Some really nice things left for us such as the locally ground coffee which was greatly appreciated. My son really enjoyed the fishing off the pontoon where he caught and released a 90cm flathead and a huge mud crab. Great location for exploring the local area.

Karen’s place is a beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. The photos definitely do not do this place justice! We came with our family of 6 and enjoyed every min of this great place. I absolutely loved the kitchen space and the kitchen equipment available. Karen was really responsive and friendly! I’m very picky with cleanliness and Karen’s place was very clean which made our stay so much more relaxing. Highly recommend staying at Karen’s place!

The location, the view and the sound of the ocean waves made our stay in this apartment a wonderful experience! We had no trouble communicating with our hosts, who were nice and helpful! We can only recommend the apartment for future guests.

We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely and we loved the view on the beach. The kitched is well equipped. Beach is within walking distance as well as lots of restaurants. Would definetely recommend and would come back!

Great stay with access from the warf and bus stops. Host was very responsive and made sure everything was right. Loved the proximity to several great eats and a grocery store. Will definitely be my first pick for the next stay.

Wonderful location - view over the bay. Modern features like floor heating! Loved the bath and luxury toiletries. Huge relaxing lounge and TV area master bedroom was beautifully comfortable Location was ideal for bikeriders The bikepath along the bay was picturesque. Close to cute town Mogo for new mtb park- hours of riding The boat cruise 3 hour was relaxing and captain very informative. We would recommend this in a heartbeat.

Nice place by the sea, though the ocean view was limited. Super close to shops and everything we needed. The host was easy to communicate with and replied quickly. Overall, a great stay!
