Tiny house vacation rentals in New South Wales

My family loved to stay at this place. It was like a dream, cooking with a view, walking around and see kangaroos, they were great hosts, more than expected, they had too many complementary food for us to enjoy. It is definitely a 5 stars 🌟 stay.

We stayed here in this unspoilt part of paradise for 4 nights and everything that we experienced from location, weather and amenities of the home were beyond our expectations and made our time here very memorable. Highly recommend Anne's place for a very relaxing and peaceful time away. Thank you Anne for your communication before, during and after our stay.

The property provided a wonderful space to escape and unwind for a weekend. It was private, peaceful and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and beautiful for a weekend away.

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The views were absolutely stunning – waking up to the calm water just outside our window was magical, as was the serene sunset. It was spotless, beautifully styled, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing two-night stay, including a cheese platter provided. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy nature, and soak in the peaceful surroundings. We only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene getaway right on the water!

Jenny’s place was recommended to us and we’re now very happy to do the same for any other prospective vacationers. Jenny greeted us shortly after arriving and gave some great recommendations of local places to eat and visit. She also very kindly provided eggs from her resident hens, which we were more than happy to consume for breakfast. Also, special shoutout to Molly the dog! The place itself is perfectly proportioned for any two sharing and set in a beautiful location with rolling hills in all directions. We were also able to enjoy the outdoor fire and sit and gaze at the night sky, completely free of light pollution. All in all, a great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Sue and Jeff’s place! We stayed there for 6 weeks and we found the studio to be even better than it looked in the pictures. Very well equipped for long stays (with a good fridge and a washing machine inside the studio that I think were not in the pictures), very cozy and well decorated. Fresh goodies from the garden and composting bin. Walking distance from the beach and good supermarkets and restaurants. And we also got to know Sue, Jeff, the girls, and Daisy 🐾 a little better and we shared very special moments together preparing dinner, watching movies and having good conversations, which was a super plus 🤗 they are a beautiful family, amazing hosts and great friends! We are very grateful for the time we spent there and definitely recommend it!

The Airbnb was very beautiful! I went down to Byron to complete my Pilates certificate and it was the perfect place to stay whilst doing so. Thank you Mark ☺️

My partner and I had a lovely midweek stay at Sarah’s Bungalow. It was absolutely perfect for enjoying the rainy, cold weather. The space is beautifully styled and super comfortable, with everything you need to fully switch off and recharge. We spent most of our time curled up with books, listening to the rain and cooking slow meals. It’s such a peaceful spot and you can tell a lot of thought has gone into creating a calm and welcoming vibe. Would definitely recommend it if you’re after a relaxing little escape!

Very beautiful tiny house, fabulous luxurious touches like beautiful linen and art work and a glorious bath. Responsive hosts. Very cute dog. Highly recommend.

Vanessa’s farmstay is in a stunning part of northern NSW. The cabin is simple but very comfortable, and the kitchen is close by and well equipped. It’s worth noting that there is only a powder room in the cabin, the shower facility is attached to the kitchen area. Vanessa was a highly responsive, friendly and approachable host - more than happy to help with anything we needed and had some excellent local recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

Had an absolutely beyond wonderful stay! The tiny home was everything as described and more!! Very clean, tidy plently of towels etc The location and views were out of this world! Even amazing during a storm! Very cozy!

The Burrill Bungalow stay was so beautiful. Good location from Ulladulla and any drives within the area. Lots to do if you like adventures and exploring or enjoying some quiet time. Lovely wineries in the area as well as many beaches to visit. Jade was always very accommodating when we had questions. Highly recommend for couples. They also have very lovely cats 💕

A beautiful tiny home equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. We enjoyed patting the friendly farm animals each day and the peace and quiet.

The cottage offers a peaceful retreat and is nestled amongst the most beautiful tranquil gardens I've had the opportunity of visiting. I enjoyed being nestled up in front of the fire or on the daybed listening to the quiet sounds of the garden. Well worth a visit, and will be coming back in spring to see yet another beautiful side to the gardens not offered in autumn.

Such a peaceful location, enveloped by trees. Relaxing and quiet. It felt like quite a dramatic entrance, to park the car and emerge from under the trees to an open, sunlit lawn. Two Adirondacks under a tree, a dozen friendly chooks scratching on the lawn, flowers in full bloom in the garden. It's beautiful. The cottage itself is immaculate. Decorated beautifully with a few antiques, but also all the modern conveniences. The thoughtful touch of a breakfast basket was a welcome sight when we walked in. A market umbrella covers two chairs and a table on the deck - it's the perfect place to unwind. Really great value. Thank you!

Loved our stay at the tiny house. It was so peaceful and serene, the view is stunning. The house had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. Easy access to Berry and lots to do locally.

We had the perfect staycay in this tiny home! It was a peaceful getaway and best thing was it was only 40mins away from home, basically in our own backyard! The tiny home had exactly what you needed for a short stay. It was so nice to fall asleep to the rain on the first night and then sit under the stars roasting marshmallows on the second night.

Beautiful touches of details which transported you to a tropical paradise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was very peaceful. The spa was great to use whilst it was cold out and the inside was nice and cosy.

The cottage was so perfect for our stay. Nice and cosy, 15 min walk into town for coffee, food etc. and Bige left so many treats in the fridge for us which was very kind.
