Villa vacation rentals in New South Wales

Great place for 2 adults and 2 kids, plenty of space, clean and located centrally in Orange. We parked the car and walked to different cafes/restaurants/pubs during our 3 night stay. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Orange.

Loved our stay in Amaroo Valley Springs. Quiet and beautiful, perfect to get away from the city. Andy is a fantastic host. He set up chairs down by the river where we had a swim. There was fresh eggs, milk, bread and even wine when we arrived! We loved waking up to the wildlife outside our window. The pictures don’t do it justice! Would highly recommend this stay

Perfect for families, with plenty of games to keep kids entertained at home. The open-plan layout with the kitchen, dining, and living areas connected made it perfect for our family to relax and enjoy time together.

Andrew really was a super host - warm , welcoming and very helpful. The place was way better than it looked in the photos ( even though the photos were fine!) It was so quiet, clean , comfortable and modern. Comfy beds, air con, smart TV, wifi , full kitchen etc and most important for us , close to Shark Park for the football !We will be back !

The flat has plenty of space and it’s well protected vs mosquitoes which is great in this tropical weather- close to everything you may need

Had a fantastic time! Accommodation was excellent, perfect for families. Beach across the road was safe, not too rough and a nice spot to sit in the shade and enjoy the ocean! Great for kids and easy driving distance to local shops and other amenities in the area. Very quiet street.

John and Leigh were amazing hosts. Checking in was made super easy/ straight forward. The place was clean, spacious and very well laid out. As seen in photos. A great place for small and large groups of people. We booked and stayed for 3 people however had the entire property to ourselves. Also had great amenities you don’t usually see at airbnbs (kitchen, bathrooms etc).

great spot, very close to everything and loads of space. better than a lot of the options available nearby which were mostly hotels or motels or the winery accommodation down the road - all looked cramped in comparison. Michelle was very proactive in recommending places to go and we felt very welcomed! Will stay here again next time we are in rutherglen

The space is amazing. Outstanding views, large comfortable Sofas and nice bedding and pillows - the property was spotless clean and very well stocked with everything you need. We didn’t want for anything. Glennys was a masterful host. Highly recommended

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

Thank you so much Kristy and team for an absolutely beautiful and relaxing stay in Lovedale! From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed an oasis with so much attention to detail. In particular, we loved the comfy beds, open layout and the deck for afternoon drinks and yoga in the morning! Nothing short of luxury! Thank you again, we’ll be back ☺️

This place was absolutely gorgeous! We will definitely be coming back. The house was super clean and Rowena was so lovely to talk to and made sure to go the extra mile sending us in the right direction of the best places in town and all its attractions and offering a free bottle of wine on arrival. The fire place was AMAZING while listening to the rain outside and definitely the most comfortable bed/bedding we have EVER slept in!!

All I want to say is..Thank you to Barranca Team that allowed us to stay at they truly amazing facility/villa Jacaranda, perfect place to escape from the city traffic and everyday routine /rush to relax and recharge. The stay was quite lovely but since we were a home cook renter it would have been better if all the cookware were cleaned thoroughly upon our arrival. And, since we cooked a lot- instructions on how to stop the stove vent would have been nice. There was a bit of stench in the master bathroom - smelled of fish- but not sure what was from. Great space and super location- wonderful holiday

This place is just beautiful. The view is sensational and the location is unbeatable. We will definitely stay again.

Firefly was even better than we thought it was going to be. Complete privacy, awesome accommodations and everything we needed for a peaceful getaway and Wayne & Jodie were lovely hosts. We will definitely return.

I had the pleasure of staying at Tracey’s place, and it was everything I hoped for and more! The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I’ll certainly be back next time I'm in town!

If you love historical houses, or not. "Rosslyn" is an experience. The photos don't do it justice. I thought it was incredible. It is like step back in time but with all the modern conveniences anyone could as for. A very well-appointed kitchen very spacious rooms each filled with their own charming little nick-nacks. Honestly the few creaky floorboards added to the charm, but you hardly notice walking through as the hugely high ceilings and so many interesting things to look at keep you intrigued and distracted. Deb was an incredible host, and I was so happy for her to meet us there and show around and give us a bit of history about the house. An unobtrusive text to see if we needed anything was welcomed. (we stayed for 10 nights) On arrival there was plentiful choice of complimentary breakfast items. I would not hesitate to stay there again. I was there with my team for work but would love to bring my family to stay.

Lois was great with communication and did a massive favour for me with no hassle. I left my festival tix in sydney and she picked them up from her PO Box and delivered them to me. Very kind!! Place is in my fave location in Byron. Belongil opposite the beach. Great spot.

We had an amazing stay at the Dreamers Garden House, it comfortably fit six adults and our dog. The house was very homely with all the amenities needed for a weekend away. Wendy was a responsive host who promptly replied to any questions we had when staying at the property.

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was so clean and comfortable and the extras that Joanne left for us was such a treat. It is very family friendly with pool toys, bikes, board games to name a few. Highly recommend.
