Cottage vacation rentals in Avignon

We stayed here with two families with young children. It was really beautiful, a great setting and walkable to town and a vineyard. Roman was very communicative. We enjoyed the pool! Very comfy beds, linens, and a luxury/designer house.

We arrived with the family and everyone had their room, a house with 6 bedrooms is exceptional! The decor of the house is very pleasant, natural materials and soft lighting. You always feel good in this home. The kitchen is very functional, there is everything you need in dishes. For winter the interior spaces are spacious enough not to be on top of each other. With large wooded gardens on each side of the house, it gives the feeling of being secluded even if the neighboring houses are not far away. Great stay in Lila! We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Meike’s charming and lovingly decorated farmhouse. St Remy is a beautiful town (don’t miss the Wednesday market) and the house is centrally located for exploring many of the other lovely towns nearby. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we spent many nights sitting in the beautiful courtyard under the grapevine. The beds were super comfy and the house has many little extras that made our stay more relaxing and enjoyable. Meike is a very friendly and responsive host and I highly recommend her authentic French farmhouse! It is one of our favourites stays in our year long travels around Europe.

We had a great time at Nicole’s beautiful place. The outdoor area is amazing. The area is stunning and there are many things to see and experience. We had the place for ourselves and could enjoy the garden in private which was great. Nicole also allowed us to bring our dog which we really appreciated.

A beautiful family home on the edge of the village of Fontvieille, with a private garden and idyllic setting for a swimming pool and sun terrace. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy on arrival and Linda is quick to respond to any questions. Unfortunately we picked an exceptionally hot week for our stay so the mosquitos were out in force!

What a great place! There are houses nearby but still a lot of privacy, what a great place. Really beautiful. The pictures don’t do justice to the place. You can make more beautiful pictures ;-) I hope we can come back another time. The town is beautiful and all the places we visited were great. Thank you Jacques and joseph for the welcome in this home, we can call our home.

Very pleasant stay, fully secure residence perfect for children

Domaine Les Roullets is an amazing property. The house was ideal for our family and the location was perfect as it is walkable to Oppede Village and a short drive to many interesting neighbouring towns and sites. Vanessa is a great host. She was available any time we needed anything or had a question. We stayed for 2 weeks and didn’t want to leave. We’ve been planning our return since we arrived!

We had a great time in this accommodation which was very clean and exceeded our expectations. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it. 👍

Beautiful environment, very pleasant exteriors and super well appointed, 5 stars! Interior could be better maintained (broken outlets, shutters that open or close without being able to block them, pots not in great condition , oven hobs) nothing serious but small things, which could be improved, to also get a 5-star for the interior and the equipment offered! Location, the dream! Great stay as a family!

Odile's place was perfect for our family reunion. It is a beautiful rustic farmhouse with lots of room for our group of 7 adults. The location is perfect for seeing many different areas of Provence. very close to many villages with great hiking and biking trails nearby. The swimming pool was great for relaxing at day's end. We all enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend.

Great evening spent at Nicolas' who welcomed us extremely friendly. The cottage is clean and beautiful, the pool very nice, and the local nectars always great. All the ingredients for a successful weekend.

fabulous Gite ideal for a couple of nights peaceful stay. Super pool and the hot tub was a bonus. Very spacious and clean. loved the property and the location. Kathy was a super host. We enjoyed the 25 min walk into the beatiful town with its many shops and restaurants. Nothing about our stay was not to like. We hope to comeback.

I would recommend this place and their hosts who are really warm and caring with a real Airbnb spirit from the beginning... The accommodation is nice, clean, well decorated. The terrace overlooks a beautiful, perfectly maintained garden. The spa nestled in this setting is a real plus. In the heart of Aix Provence, this property is ideally located. I would recommend it again.

Brigitte is a fantastic host, and the property and area are lovely. We travelled with our nearly 2-year-old daughter, and it was ideal for families with young children. A high chair was provided, and a cot was offered, but we didn't need it.

Despite the weather, we had a lovely weekend. The accommodation is amazing, between the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Gregory responds quickly to messages. We visited the surrounding area through the waterfall of the sautadet which is beautiful and the Pont du Gard which is incredibly.

Brigitte’s place was better than in the photos. The design and furniture are contemporary but work perfectly with the home. We loved it. Very well equipped and we used the kitchen for nights when we didn’t go to restaurants. Easy to shop at the local SuperU which is 10 minutes away. The terrace is very large and offers total privacy and it was like being in the canopy of the trees. Brigitte is the perfect host and was able to book us a very nice restaurant for our first night. She was always very helpful if you required information but we were fairly independent. We saw all of the Luberon Hilltop villages and were especially enchanted by Ménerbes and Lacoste . We ate at Monsieur Tu at Menerbes and Auberges De Lagnes both which are equally good but you do have to book. The did five wonderful walks in the area which where all circular and again where rewarded by the variety and sheer beauty of the area. This was our first visit to the Luberon and would stay with Brigitte again.

A beautiful and cozy house with large garden that was perfect for 2 people and our dog. Everything was present that was needed such as a dishwasher and washing machine which was super convenient. Also a big thank you to our host Gisèle, a super friendly and helpful lady who made sure everything was super in order (including a blissful bed) and we could fully enjoy our vacation. She invited us to her place for a drink the last night and asked if she could improve anything. For us everything was okay and the house definitely recommended to experience a carefree vacation.

Both very tasteful and practically renovated house. All comforts present. Beautiful large swimming pool, shade areas under the olive trees. Garden lighting to the professionally landscaped jeu de boule court makes the view over the large ( completely walled ) grounds except during the day and in the evening. Philip and Christian are super welcoming and helpful. Our holiday with 3 adult children and a dog ( swimming river for the dog within walking distance) was great !

We needed a place not too far from home, but where we could quickly unwind, and we found the rare gem. Everything was perfect, matched the advertised description, in short a little paradise. Our dog had a blast in the beautiful space available to us. Small downside, we like to meet the owners or caretakers, rather than these impersonal key cabinets, but Hassan met all of our expectations by phone, quickly and efficiently. We hope to be able to return when it's a little warmer!! Thank you for all you do. Frédérique and David

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin in the heart of the olive trees. The place is beautiful, very clean and perfectly equipped. A true haven of peace that we warmly recommend!

Jennifer was the perfect host! Friendly and helpful throughout our stay. She responded quickly to any questions we had. The cottage is basic but has everything you need. To walk to the village of Nove, you do need to cross a busy road however the location itself is great. Close to the motorway and tourist attractions Provence has to offer. Recommend to all.
