Bright and recently renovated for better comfort, it is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Ideal for visiting Avignon, you will be less than a 10-minute walk from the Palais des Papes, the Pont d'Avignon and the central train station.

Located along the Carpentras Canal, it is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks or bike rides.

Our home, features an original fireplace, flagstone floors, and local furnishings. Enjoy the courtyard garden and pool (a quiet relaxing space, our neighbours appreciate their tranquility too). The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

In the historic heart, Isabelle and Dominique welcome you to their home "TERRASSE SUR COUR AVIGNON", located in the former church of the Augustinian convent, of which it still has vestiges. On the 2nd floor, the rare and magnificent "Côté Terrasse" apartment has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and a beautiful south-facing terrace with a pool (4 m x 2 m x 70 cm) to relax and cool off after your visits.

Stone villa with pool, only 5mn drive to town

Authentic Provencal villa in stone with modern confort. Ideal location, it is only 5mn drive to Avignon center or 25mn by foot. The area is very calm. There is a 20 meter square terace, a big living space, 3 bedrooms, garden and swiming pool. We open the pool May 1st, and close it November 1st. The pool is to share with us, only one other villa and we do not invade your space : )
