Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.

A detached cottage situated on a corner plot of Lochan Mor development with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an ensuite. Secure garden to the rear. A local supermarket, takeaway's and bike hire are only a short walk from the cottage. The main street with many bars and restaurants is within walking distance. A path next to the house leads onto the Aviemore Orbital and the Speyside Way which are great walking and cycling trails.
