The house was incredibly clean, everything brand new, and every detail was carefully thought out. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. We were 4 adults and 3 children, and there was plenty of space and comfort for all of us. Located in a peaceful area with beautiful mountain views, it offered the perfect environment to relax and enjoy nature. Sofia was extremely kind, warm, and attentive throughout our entire stay, always available for anything we needed. Her hospitality made us feel right at home. We truly appreciated all the thoughtful touches and useful recommendations provided. Without a doubt, we would love to come back and stay again. Highly recommended!

The house is located in a unique historic village. Definitely go for a walk through the village . The location is great to discover the Versace valley and Lago Maggiore. The historic has been nicely renovated . All the essentials were present. It is a small and cozy house and it was perfect for us as a family for 4 nights ( 2 adults , 1 toddler, 1 dog). You can have dinner outside looking out over the valley. There is a great restaurant located next to the house. It has to be noted that parking was difficult. There is no dedicated parking for the house. One night we had to park 10 minutes down the road. Also, you have to go down quite a few steps to get to the house. Which might a challenge for less mobile people. We also struggled to find the place on the day of our arrival. The location on Airbnb is a few 100 meters off and it seems like all houses are called Rustico. However, Davide was very responsive and showed us in the right direction. Overall we had a great stay.

Quiet and relaxing stay. Communication was easy and efficient. Accessible by train, 10-15 minutes walk from the station. Thank you for everything:)

Fun, fabulous and friendly. We loved our stay at Mauro’s place. It is in a great location for exploring Lake Maggiore and Lake Orta. We were very comfortable, had everything we needed and were even able to park our Motorhome. Mauro’s artwork was an added bonus. Highly recommended.

I had such a lovely stay at Enrica’s place! She is truly a wonderful host, exceptionally kind, helpful, and generous. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel incredibly welcome and at home. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed and offered great local tips that made my visit comfortable and easy. Her warm hospitality and attention to detail made one of the best airbnd experiences i have had!

Beautiful, 300-year-old house. Very cozy. Fantastic surroundings, away from tourist crowds. Extremely friendly hostess, always helpful, always available. Delicious, homemade bread from the hostess. Perfect place for a vacation with peace, mountains in original surroundings. Highly recommend.

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

Spacious, well equipped apartment close to the centre of Como. The apartment was easy to check into, clean, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Close to regional train line, but this didn’t bother us. Hosts responded quickly and helpfully to any messages. We would definitely stay again!

It was very quiet , quiet neighborhood, but about 20 minutes walking to the nearest train station.

We had a magical time at the Bloom Apartment! Truly the most thoughtful airBNB booking we have ever had. The attention to detail, stunning views, and charming location made the stay our best yet - it lives up to the hype! We did not regret renting a car; we resisted it until the last moment but got one at the airport, and though we were afraid to drive in Italy we had no issues. We DO recommend getting a small car as ours felt a bit too big to park comfortably in the garage (it was a mini Countryman) but an expert driver would have no problem. The treats left around the house were a delight, the local pizzeria had great views and food, and the medieval village was so fun to explore. We took the ferry from Argegno to bellaggio and varenna, and drove to Menaggio, so it was easy to go to the touristy spots, but nice to be staying in a place that felt more authentic. Mattia and his family were very responsive, and couldn’t be more gracious. We hope to be back!

The accommodation was impeccable and Cristinel was very responsive and welcoming and super nice. Would definitely stay again.

Communication with Sveva was extremely smooth and she was very quick to respond to any questions. On the day of arrival, she was already waiting for us at the door. She led us to the place. The place, linens and beds were very clean. She also had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We found the stay very pleasant and would book again.

We had a wonderful time in Como and especially in Guglielmo's outstanding accommodation. The apartment is spacious, very clean, has two large bathrooms and above all the large kitchen incl. Amenities are phenomenal. Since we didn't fly back until the evening, Guglielmo immediately allowed us to stay completely flexible until 6 PM on the last day, which gave us an extra day without checkout stress, which is not a given. Thanks for that and for the great time. We'll be back.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

Such a nice view through the balcony. It was clean and nice place to stay. Luca is friendly. Responds my matters within minutes. Only thing was we were not able to handle room tempreture as we want, he was handling it through app. How ever highly recommend this place for calm stay!!

Romantic setting in a spacious apartment with an incredible view of Lake Lugano and the snow-capped mountains! Plenty of storage space in the bedroom for unpacking. Host communicated well about check-in and check-out. Impresses that she provided a couple of plug adapters for Switzerland to US.

This apartment was spacious and perfect for our family of 6. It was in a great location - 5 minutes from the Lake Como Greenway, 15 mins to Lenno ferry port. It is also close to the bus stop and nearby supermarket. We loved it as a base to explore the middle lake. Riccardo and Valeria were such friendly hosts and their son Davide was always available to answer questions and make local recommendations. We had a great stay in Ossuccio.

Lauren was a great host and communicated quickly and well. The chalet was perfect for the 6 of us - 2 adults, 4 teenagers - for a three day skiing trip. Close to Ski Terminal serving greater Jungfrau Ski area, and close to centre of town for restaurants and bars and shops. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed us to cook when required. In summary, it was the perfect ski chalet base, and we will certainly use again. Thank you Mark and Family

We stayed at this home for 4 nights. It was as shown in the pictures and very quiet. Contact with Irene was smooth from the beginning and she clearly described the way to the farm. The place doesn't have that much to offer, but is a good base for looking at another place. The accommodation is on an olive farm and Irene also sells the specially produced olive oil there. We couldn't use the pool due to the weather, but the view of the lake from the balcony is unbeatable. We absolutely recommend the place and would certainly come back.

Andrea’s apartment was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The kitchen was well-equipped and Andrea provided many recommendations of places to see, restaurants, and local amenities. The apartment is a little further away from the downtown areas and ferry terminals than we expected, but it meant a lovely walk along the water everyday. This beautiful location and the lovely little cafe across the street are highly recommended.

The place was wonderful, very clean, and had a beautiful view. The host was highly responsive and respectful. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!
