Hello and bonjour, My name is Nicola and I'm Scottish but love the fantastic countyside here in beautiful Burgundy. Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. Lots of interestings places to visit,wine to drink, markets, restaurants, castles, nature. Beaune 25 minutes, Dijon 40. Local market in summer in Pouilly en Auxois on a Friday. A bientot, Nicola :)

Come and explore this charming accommodation located in the valley of Cousin, at the foot of the ramparts. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

This charming single-story maisonette is the perfect place for a couple wishing to enjoy both nature and the proximity of amenities such as shops, swimming pool and train station... Close to Vézelay, 40 minutes from Auxerre and literally at the foot of the GR13. Below, a terrace, a garden with sun loungers and parasol and a washhouse embellishes the whole Let yourself be lulled by the stream that flows below and the birdsong... and no light pollution after 11:30 p.m.
