Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Avallon

we are a family of 5 with 3 boys aged 15, 13 and 10. This accommodation was absolutely perfect for exploring the area around Beaune, just 10 mins from the centre however in a very quiet and peaceful village. Judith was very helpful and accommodating and the house is also right next to a small river which was lovely to listen too. We would definitely stay at this accommodation again. Thanks Judith

We had a great weekend with friends at Robin's cottage. Ideal location in the forest, very peaceful and quiet, but close to several interesting places. Well-equipped cottage and comfortable bedding. Robin was attentive and his instructions were clear.

We were very well hosted, the host is very responsive Everything was as described, very clean and we had all the necessary amenities or even more If I come back to the area I will book again without hesitation

A nice meeting with Monique and a very nice stay in her old house. Comfortable, well-equipped, spacious and very quiet, with great views of the garden and the surrounding countryside. Monique was there to welcome us and show us around the house. Everything went smoothly. This is a beautiful place with a soul, where we would love to come back and spend a few quiet days another time.

We enjoyed Nicolas's place. The place is located close to Auxerre which is convenient. For animals, there is a nice little place to walk your dog. Clean accommodations with lots of equipment and consumables. We had the pleasure of staying at Nicolas's place

The apartment is located in a peaceful area, the owner is responsive and the schedules were flexible which allowed us to spend New Year's Eve calmly. It was good overall. the only downside was the cold that was felt despite the radiators being on at maximum… The experience can be more pleasant during the beautiful days with a walk in nature nearby, a real little plus! Nice accommodation and good location for sightseeing in Autun or outdoors, clean and well-equipped. Very good communication with Jean-Michel, the small touches were appreciated. The gloomy weather did not allow us to enjoy the area, but it was still a nice discovery.

We made a one-night stopover to go down to the south. The listing is quickly accessible from the highway, which allowed us not to waste time. The accommodation is very well equipped. It's very nice. We slept well there and lacked nothing.

My night at Chantal's was very short. I had a birthday nearby and I arrived late /left early but she organized everything so that I could arrive in the middle of the night, on my own. The apartment is all clean, with really adorable little touches and really nice flexibility! It was just what we needed!

This is a fabulous apartment very close to the old town, with many stores and restaurants. We loved having the terrace, even though it wax too cold to sit out there. The kitchen was well equipped. The instructions to find and enter the apartment are very easy if you follow them (which I didn’t at first, therefore a reminder!). We appreciated that it was on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Auxerre..

Claudine's apartment is very nice and bright, in a quiet environment and close to downtown Auxerre. She welcomed us personally, which is different from lockboxes and rental agencies with ghost owners and contacts. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than expected without any problems. We had a lovely stay at the place. We didn't miss a thing. Its location on the edge of the forest is really nice and guarantees quiet nights. Just a few minutes' walk to the lake, it's perfect!
