Beautiful family home, quiet, with beautiful exteriors and beautiful walks nearby. The house is large with spacious living areas. Gregoire was very responsive to messages. A place to keep for future stays!

We had a lovely stay at Mirella's house. House is as described and very nice. We were able to enjoy the outdoor terrace and small grounds with unobstructed views from the back of the house. The interior space is rather large, pleasant and modern. And as indicated by previous people, there are all the basics, for the kitchen among others.

Have a great stay at Laurent's. Great welcome. The house is large, functional with a beautiful garden and many games to take care of. Recommended!

The house and garden are very suitable for toddlers: it's simple, there are more toys at Céline's than at our house!

Renato’s place is really amazing ! It’s an old train station converted into a very comfortable house. The surroundings are very quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes drive from the closest town. We had a great time there!

Very good stay in a house with lots of charm. The enclosed garden is also very nice. The amenities are diverse and of good quality for people who like to cook. Well heated accommodation and comfortable beds. The walks around the place are also pleasant and well marked.

Beautiful property, it almosy felt like being inside a movie :) peaceful and spacious. Beds were 10/10. We especially enjoyed the fire place outside as well as the living room decor!

Wonderful house for family gatherings near Joigny. Comfortable beds- wonderful outdoor area and has all the kitchen amenities we needed to house our family. If you go- don’t forget towels for the bathrooms. Linens for beds included but not towels.

For a weekend with friends, we had a lovely time in this spacious, clean, secluded accommodation with a very pleasant environment. We were cold because the heater turns off at 9pm when there is no double glazing and the temperatures were negative outside. We were able to use the fireplace on two nights but the proposal was not proactive on the part of the host and had to stock up with wood in the village 10min drive away. The other downside is really the lack of flexibility in terms of schedules and the fact of having to pay extra for absolutely everything (€53.50 for a checkout at 12pm instead of 10am or otherwise half of a night beyond under the pretext of not being able to rent the accommodation afterwards, one Sunday evening in the middle of winter.....). Other than that the amenities were perfect and we felt very good in this house.

Guesthouse with a lot of character, very functional in terms of amenities, comfortable bedding, each room is equipped with a bathroom which is an asset especially for a group of 12 people. The garden is very nice and the winter lounge allows for a relaxing moment. Walking distance to Vermenton train station. Sarah and her companion are very responsive and welcoming and made our stay easier. To be repeated without hesitating, perfect stay.

Peaceful and refreshing place...It's spacious and has everything you need. We were able to take a few walks in nature as well as enjoy the pleasant services of the house. Great Christmas with the family in Marie and Arnaud's house! This is an authentic country house full of charm and tastefully renovated. The weather allowed us to enjoy the very large garden and pétanque court. We also met the farmer neighbor who raised cows and broutards, the city kids were delighted. For shopping, an Auchan supermarket is a 15-minute drive away, very convenient.

Our stay went impeccably well. Aurélien was a great host and always very responsive. I was able to gather my friends for my 40 years in this beautiful home. Thank you for helping to make this we look great:)

great place for reunions with friends (with 2 infants). living room even better than expected in the photos, well-equipped kitchen and we did not lack anything during the stay. a fireplace was waiting for us to warm up in the middle of winter. Sonia welcomed us warmly and was available during the stay. more than just coming back to test the pool in the summer;)
