Very nice place to relax with friends and family. The house is ideal and well located in the village. Francisco is a great host.

Superb accommodation, everything is new, beautiful, clean. The kitchen is well equipped, some very practical consumables so you don't need to go out at night. Breakfast ingredients for self-catering in the morning. Excellent WiFi Friendly host, thanks for the late check-in! Only point to consider: it's the countryside, no delivery possible, so you have to go out to Sens in the evening for restaurants. The good trade-off: it's very quiet, perfect for spending a very good night!

A great place with plenty of space for two. All in good shape and with a kitchen that is very well equipped with all one needs. Emmanuelle and Thierry have been great hosts; pleasant and thoughtful, but also respecting our privacy. Easy contact as they life across the lawn in the second house on the property. The little village and the vicinity are very nice. We visited the castle and did a nice long bike excursion along the channel.

Don is a wonderful host. He gave us many great tips on what to do in Troyes and was very helpful if we needed anything. The house and pool were more beautiful than in the pictures! Located a lovely lake about 30 minutes away by car. Thank you so much for a great stay and thank you for very good tea upon arrival😃

We had a very nice stay in Avallon. The cottage is clean and always cool even when it's hot this summer. Gabrielle welcomed us, she is discreet but always responsive and attentive to our feedback and questions. The delivery of bread and pastries in the morning was really a very nice discovery. The outdoor space is nice to hang out, read, chat... We had a good holiday there even though we weren't able to visit everything we wanted (a lot to see in this area).

Beautiful apartment with games for families or groups of friends.

The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. On the balcony, you have a nice view on the hill. The place is in the middle of the town and still very quiet. Get in is easy with keys in a locker. On saturday morning, you can go to fetch your food at the market, just close nearby. The region is worth a visit. You can find renaissance castels, Roman ruins, the canal, forests, nice little towns such as Noyers, Flavigny ... You can also visit some winegrowers. They have excellent wine, chardonnay (white) or pinot noir (rouge) at moderate prices. In short, it' s a good place to stay.

Marie-Luce and Rémy were very kind and welcoming and involved us in their daily activities. And the breakfasts - wow - they deserve a Michelin star. The best hosts ever.

Stayed for 2 enjoyable nights, both my wife & I really enjoyed it. The property is stunning - pool area really nice. Optional dinner was great fun, luckily we met other lovely guests. Thank you to our hosts, nothing too much trouble - very hospitable & welcoming.

We are always looking for places that have the special, the extraordinary. Hotels and rooms that resemble each other like an egg the other is like sand by the sea. Josette makes you feel like you're staying in a small museum. The location is great, you can reach Sens train station in about 15 minutes, from which you can take the SNCF directly to Paris on non-stop. Nearby (30-60 mins by car) there are many historical attractions. If you're a guest of Josette, don't miss the great dinner. Trditional French cuisine in perfection, we enjoyed the multi-course dinner, it was just a pity that we couldn't eat at Madame's place on 2 days as we had taken longer trips. Our stay with Celia was fantastic! An engaged host who delights her guests from the heart. Deliciously eaten, drunk, swim, relaxed and cycled. The tour in the classic car towards the champagne house was also unique. Celia and her family make you feel welcome. Highly recommended!

The little extra, the restaurant of the old tower of the same owners a few steps away which is just perfect (great cuisine, warm and dynamic welcome, always good advice, love of the job and interesting discussions).
