Excellent location and the parking space is a real plus; in the center, 20 m from shops, multitudes of cafes and restaurants, the historic center, the duplex is completely quiet in a backyard. Large accommodation, very clean, excellent communication with Véronique who was able to adapt to our schedules; Véronique is very nice, she welcomed us on arrival to explain the details of the place; she is very attentive and adorable, even offers to help you with your luggage. Only +++ for this listing.

Very well located 📍apartment in the heart of the "cork", historic district of Troyes. Close to shops, restaurants and sights. Very clean and very well decorated accommodation with bed and bath linen provided (extremely convenient for short stays). ⭐️ Warm welcome. We would definitely recommend it! 😊

Perfect, very nice welcome for the key exchange, clear practical instructions. The studio is located on a quiet street, very nicely furnished balcony with views of the Yonne, close to shops. The accommodation was absolutely perfect, clean, well-equipped, comfortable, cozy and cozy. The parking space in the residence was very useful. We enjoyed it very much and we highly recommend it. We stayed for 1 night on our way to the South of France. Nice flat converted from a former garage in a village. Private parking right next to the apartment. Friendly owner. AC for heating and cooling available. Nice small private garden.

This is a fabulous apartment very close to the old town, with many stores and restaurants. We loved having the terrace, even though it wax too cold to sit out there. The kitchen was well equipped. The instructions to find and enter the apartment are very easy if you follow them (which I didn’t at first, therefore a reminder!). We appreciated that it was on the ground floor. I would definitely stay here again if i return to Auxerre..

Very good value for money, the apartment is in the city center of Auxerre, the mattress lacks a little firmness but still remains comfortable. It's a good plan ☺️

Perfect for a stopover on the Nivernais Canal. Both unusual and romantic this boat in a small quiet port and very close to the village with all the amenities you need. A welcoming host. A great time.

Everything went well for our stay in Auxerre the apartment is well located and as mentioned in the listing. Jeremy was enjoyable and available we will be back next year.

The weekend went very well, clean apartment and as described. Thanks to Isabelle for her flexibility, I recommend it.

She welcomed us personally, which is different from lockboxes and rental agencies with ghost owners and contacts. We were able to get into the apartment earlier than expected without any problems.
