Vacation rentals with lake access in Austvagoy Island

We had a lovely stay. The only minor thing was that we had to make up the beds when we arrived, but all linen was provided and Silje was a great host.

This house is located in a beautiful, peaceful, quiet, and relaxing village. Every window has a different view, each more stunning than the last. The house is super comfortable, and the host was really kind and friendly. We had a lovely stay!

So beautiful! The surrounding mountain view is stunning. Cozy living room. So close to one of the best bakery’s we’ve tried in Norway. Great base for that area of Lofoten.

Very nice vacation home! Simple but nicely decorated, everything is available. The bathroom has just been renovated and everything is working well now. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. A paradise for hikers.

Had a wonderful time here. Timea and Paul were very flexible when our flight was rerouted and arrived a day late. Very responsive hosts. We were even able to see the northern lights right from the window!

For us, it was the perfect place to stay in the perfect location. The house was very clean and very comfortably furnished. We immediately felt at home. From the house to the wellness area, everything was exactly as described and very idyllic. The view directly from the terrace as well as from the wellness area was simply incredible. Our expectations from the pictures of the house and location were very high, yet these were far exceeded. Thanks to Hinrich's tips, we were able to find incredibly good restaurants to eat specialties there. In addition, Hinrich always answered our questions as quickly as possible and very kindly. There are incredibly beautiful places nearby that you usually only know from the internet, but you have to experience it with your own eyes. We will definitely come back. We were two families (11 persons in total) visiting Kjetil's place and we liked it a lot! The house was great for such a large group. Very clear instructions both in advance through email/Airbnb and through small notes in the house made it very easy to understand how to use and take care of the house. This included for example instructions in case of fire (escape ladder was also available), Wi-Fi instructions, how to use the dish washer, etc. The surroundings were even more beautiful than we thought from the photos and there is also a hiking trip starting just outside the estate that we enjoyed a lot. The house was very clean and nicely furnished with the extra things that makes it feel like a home.

Great location for visiting the west part of Lofoten. Historical fishing town that is worth the visit, just take into account that supermarkets are therefore a 20min drive away. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen and bathroom (washing machine) as well as the elaborate hikes that are available in the area. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

Kurt’s is our fav Airbnb host ever!!! he is so accommodating and the loveliest. The jetty was amazing and the views are awesome. We will definitely come back here to stay. Thank u Kurt for your hospitality.

Was a good stay, enough space and the location is very good. The TV didn't work, but I assumed there is no German or English Seder. All good.

We had a great five-day stay here. The location is ideal for exploring Lofoten: it's halfway between Reine and Henningsvær, a short drive to several beaches, and close to many hikes. The apartment itself is large, peaceful, and well-equipped. It also has a great view. I would definitely recommend this place.

Hermann's place was absolutely beautiful. The surroundings and the beach were amazing and the cabin was perfect. It was very warm and cosy and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped for cooking and we especially enjoyed meeting Hermann. You can see the northen lights from the property too! Thank you for having us to stay

We arrived late at night after a 4 hour drive from Narvik. The next day Cato showed me how to fill and heat the hottub and even took it upon himself to get it up to temp while we were out grocery shopping. That night we enjoyed gazing at the aurora borealis dancing above our heads in the hottub. A couple days later it got rainy and extremely windy preventing us from heating the hottub. As compensation Cato offered us use of his sauna and to take a swim in the sea, which we gladly did. He also gave us a whole cod for free from his fisherman's friend Tom which we used to make typical Norwegian dishes. Cato was extremely helpful and kind, he replied within minutes whenever we needed help or had any questions and he was full of amazing recommendations, as to where to hike and which towns and restaurants to visit. Towards the end of our stay it snowed a lot turning the surroundings into winter wonderland. We were very lucky to see all sides of Norway including the Northern lights!

Place is comfortable and very peaceful with amazing views. Host Ole Richard is very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Tor is the best host because he us thoughtful, helpful, and caring. Our family loved our snow days in his home because it was warm, cozy, and felt like home. Tor provided some fish he caught from the fjord for us to have and it was wonderful. This is the best overall stay my family has had in 4 international vacations. We hope to return for summer. We all slept so well in the cozy beds. The views were unbelievable. We enjoyed playing cards and chess. Kitchen is very well stocked and grocery store is 10 minutes away. HIGHLY recommend Tor and his summer home.

A fantastic cute house, so charming overlooking the fjord and mountains. Truly a little doll house. We ate food out on the patio on a sunny day and enjoyed the surroundings. Very close to hiking trails such as Ryten and Tubes. Pierre was quick to respond and perfect host!
