Vacation rentals with beach access in Austvagoy Island

List was eager to explain the property’s attributes and answer questions. He even had a boot/shoes drier that consisted of a reverse vacuum like tube that blew warm air into wet she’s/boots to dry them overnight.

Very friendly and accommodating host couple. We spent four wonderful weeks in this very nice accommodation. The service was perfect. The hostess even took us on her dog walks. Not only were we thrilled, but our dog Buddy felt at home from the start and picked up his treats day after day. The personal excursion tips were also particularly valuable. May was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities.

Located on main road through Ramberg, this small apartment is easy to find and good central spot. Bed comfy, linen towels, not a lot of lights for evening reading - but very cosy. We enjoyed our stay. Plus, Beathe left us yummy chocolates!

a wonderful stay in the apartment of Anne Marie. we enjoyed the quiet environment and at the same time very near the E 10. it felt like home!

An amazing space with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings! We loved the mini-house and it offered a unique place to stay in such a unique location. The mini-house is located directly adjacent to another one as well as two other little houses, but we never heard or saw anyone else despite knowing they were there because of their cars. There is a sauna you can pay additional to use, but we never found an opportunity to use it (despite being available whenever you want). The bed was comfy, wifi worked great, shower was hot, and the kitchen had everything we needed (although no over fyi). This was a perfect stay for us!

Anne Lise is a wonderful, responsive and available host. You helped us with all the information we needed. Nusfjord is a paradise on earth. I couldn't recommend staying in Nusfjord and at Anne Lise's accommodation any more. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, we felt at home. The fact that it has a private parking space at the door is amazing. The local population in Nusfjord is very friendly and helpful. The bakery is wonderful, the best in Lofoten. A delight! We were also lucky enough to be visited by a friendly couple of rabbits, who happily hopped through the forest behind the house. Everything is wonderful there! I totally recommend it. The house is located on a beautiful hill overlooking the ocean & surrounding mountains, but with winter conditions a good car is definitely recommend. It’s cozy & the bedroom with the fireplace and chairs overlooking the area is stunning. Things to improve: Include timber (the owner was so kind & brought us some because we didn’t know we have to bring our own), maybe lower the price a little bit, the check in & checkout times & also making the beds ourselves we hoped it would be included in the amount of money we paid. But that’s only our opinion and we would definitely come back because we felt very comfortable in the house! Good distance to beaches, a nice coastal walk & also Leknes :)

The best airbnb we've stayed in! The pictures of the post don't do its justice for the breathtaking view that stunned us the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well maintained and more than fully stocked. So perfect, that we could've stayed forever.:) I left my phone time-lapsed the midnight run's movement overnight in the living room. Couldn't think of anywhere else could offer such comfort. Marius was very responsive and considerate. The instruction to find the house is clear. Just pay attention to the house #. It will help in finding the way. Located conveniently close to Leknes which has everything. Minor notes: no microwave nor shampoo. But the place was so flawless that we didn't mind. A sidenote - Sorry I turned off the heater coz it's warm. I only learned later that in Norway it is probably more energy efficient to leave the main heater on all the time. I should have known better. A truly unforgettable experience-highly recommend!

This was a win for us. So comfy, close to town, everything you could poss need including many hooks and places to put our things. And Kurt was above and beyond accommodating us when we misplaced the house key. Highly recommend this airbnb.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful house in the middle of Lofoten. The house is very cozy, well maintained and idyllically located with a great view of the sea. The host was very nice and helpful. We had a great time using the kayak and enjoying the quiet and cozy atmosphere both in the house and by the sea. A perfect place to relax and experience the beautiful nature of Lofoten. Highly recommended!

Anne’s home is clean, beautiful, and welcoming. Location is great. Nice view of the water and mountains in the background. Close proximity to town and shopping. The downstairs bathroom is nice and renovated. The beds are comfortable. Very quiet at night. Just be aware that there are some of the owner’s clothes and personal items in drawers and closets. Overall I would recommend Anne’s place to anyone visiting Lofoten.

Hilde‘s home is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s elegant, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself feel completely at home. There are baskets of sweaters so you can sit warmly on the balcony and watch the water and the light change. She has thought of every detail you might want to be able to relax fully and enjoy this unusual island. She even has binoculars for you to use to watch the birds and any sea animals that might come by. She was helpful, kind and timely in every interaction I had with her. I could stay here happy for a month and perhaps I will another time!

Within ~1 year, this place got 20 five-star reviews. The only reason it hasn't crossed 50 is: Sortland is less popular than mainland Lofoten. The place is not only handled with, but also designed with utmost care. Originally built in 1934, every corner of it carries a meaning that not even an unwatchful guest can ignore. There is family heritage, and there is just the right amount of it. That's where the comfort begins. Living room is smaller than its photos. But with modern furniture & a smart TV, you never run out of indulgence. Kitchen & barbecue hut are well-equipped with utensils and tools for all types of cooking. Bedrooms are comfy, and just right for the cosy cuddles. The grassy, lush outside with a private beach is kept free of bugs by hosts. You can't get enough of the hot tub under starry/green sky! The best part is the proactive hosts who promply fulfill all unmet needs. The house, with all its warmth, keeps luring you. A tough fight against luscious Lofoten!

This modern, clean apartment had plenty of space for 2-5 people. However, the best thing about the place was the magnificent scenery and the peaceful environment.

Great campsite in a beautiful location and with very friendly and helpful staff! The apartment was very clean, comfortably furnished and you were on the beach in a few steps. We would definitely come back!

I absolutely loved my stay here; it was only a very short walk to both the centre of Svolvær, and to some great hiking routes, namely the Sherpa steps up to a great view of the town. The apartment was clean, very easy to locate, peaceful and had everything I needed for my hiking trip, namely a very comfy bed to recover in after a long day of walking and exploring the nearby islands and scenery. Karina was also very warm and helpful whenever I got in touch with any questions!

Siv's place was welcoming, clean and tidy, quiet and peaceful. Siv and Vibeke were very nice hosts that we highly recommend.
