The house is located on beautiful Kvaløya, with magnificent nature, many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby. The distance from the airport is 4 km, 7 km to Tromsø city center. Good bus connections nearby. Within walking distance from the house are restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy and gas station. The house from the 50s has recently been renovated. From the property you will be able to experience both the northern lights and wildlife. Free parking for any car.

The apartment is peacefully located at the end of the street with nature right outside the door with close access to the lake and hiking trails. In winter, the northern lights can often be admired directly from the apartment. You live 5 min from the airport and yet in nature. A few meters from the sea and a river running out into the sea here. Around the houses, you can discover shortages of various animals. Reindeer often comes by. Moose can come by a quick trip. Otherwise, otters and weights will run around the houses. In the sea, seals and rare dolphins swim. A superb place to observe the Northern Lights - and if it is windless, it mirrors in the sea as well. Tromsø city center bus, about 15 min.
