Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

You get a spacious apartment in a house, you have a private entrance, up to 2 parking spaces, washing machine and well equipped kitchen. Bedroom with a bed that is 150 x 200. In the living room you will find a sofa bed that becomes 150 x 200 when unfolded. Walking distance: 6 minutes to the nearest grocery store, 10 minutes to Harstad city center, 10 minutes to the university and 12 minutes to the hospital. Bus connections nearby.

Location between Tromsø and Lofoten Rich wildlife in the area, opportunities to see moose, otters, white-tailed eagles, whales, reindeer, etc. Pier can be used, possibility of using kayaks (weather permitting). Welcome to our spacious town house. Here it is high ceilings, bright and cozy. The house is located on a quiet street 5 minutes walk to the center. Everything the city has to offer is just minutes away. The university (UiT Harstad) and the theatre (Harstad Kulturhus) can be reached in minutes. If needed, we can book a parking space right outside the house for 30 NOK/day (180 NOK/week). By the way, there are great hiking opportunities from Folkeparken which are also within walking distance.
